A while back, people on here were writing about all of the twists and turns this season was going to take; I still feel that there might be one or two more to come and haven't yet given up on Spurs winning the title.

The twist and turn I fear is that Arsenal will still manage to finish above us.....I didn't expect to win the title with leicesters form but I fully expect to be gloating about finishing above Arsenal....God I hope that opportunity does not slip away...I would be devastated

Arsenal have Norwich and Aston villa to play - guaranteed 6 points. We could still finish 4th easily. We've got to go to Chelsea and Newcastle!!! If we lose at Stamford Bridge we could be in trouble.

That's the spirit! We've lost one of our last 15, what makes you think we'll lose 2 of the next 3? Not to mention we are probably better away than we are at home.

If we fail to take four points from nine then we deserve to finish below Arsenal. We could really do with them and Citeh drawing.

The issue is not our form statistically, which is brilliant. It's that nerves set in last night for the first time in this fearless young team, at which point we stopped playing our classy football. I have a bad feeling we could fall apart. A huge test next Monday. But that said we could still stumble over the line into third or even second without winning another game if other results are right, and if (as we must hope) West Bromwich is an aberration then we should still have enough to do it. Still very much in our hands if we can pick ourselves up.

Just to confirm: we didn't lose last night. It just felt like a loss. Man up people!

The season isn't over yet although our push for the title effectively is. We can still win our remaining games. If we'd finished West Brom off the way we should have we'd all be saying we can keep it going, no reason why we can't beat Chelsea, Southampton and Newcastle. Finish on a high and go into next season feeling good even though we've missed the title, has to be the aim now.

If Leicester lose at Utd next week then everyone will be up again for the Chelsea game. A lot of people have said if we are within 4 points with 2 games to go then we do have a chance.

But whatever happens one poor half of football when we really let the pressure get to us should detract for the first time in my lifetime (I think anyway) we still mathematically can win the league with 3 games to go.

I'm still excited.

No offence, but it sounds as though 'life is like a box of chocolates' for you.

No offence taken.

I just don't see why there seems to be such a pessimistic view. If come this time next week we are only 4 points behind won't you be excited? It may not happen but it could quite feasibly. I for one am not giving up hope until it is impossible for us to win the league. If that makes me the minority then who cares, I'm happy in my world!!

I agree with you, - we can win the rest of our games - but I don't believe Leicester can do the same. (Those twists and turns, remember?) We'll just have to see how they react after losing @Old Trafford.
