Team Form: Spurs WWLDL Watford LDLLD (All Competitions)

We are unbeaten in our last 12 matches against Watford in all competitions (W9, D3), since a 3-2 defeat at White Hart Lane in the League Cup in October 1994. Watford have lost their last seven away league matches against ussince a 5-1 win in May 1985 under Graham Taylor

We have lost our last two home games in all competitions, as many as we had in our previous 42 combined. We have not lost three in a row at home in the same season since November 2004 ( a run of 4).

Watford have lost three of their four visits to Wembley, including both at the new Wembley against Crystal Palace, winning the other in May 1999 in the second tier play off final.

We have scored in each of our last 22 EPL games, we last had a longer run of scoring in the top flight in April 1987 (26games).

Watford have lost their last seven EPL matches in London since winning 2-1 against Arsenal in January 2017. They have failed to score in four of their last six EPL games (W0, D2, L4)

Eriksen has been directly involved in eight goals in his last seven games in all competitions (5 goals, 3 assists).

Bloody horrible weather just the sort of weather to sap your enthusiasm unless you have something really important to play for, we have that something and Watford don't so I am even more confident of a win than I was before.

I couldn’t of hand picked a easier game at this point in the season.
Really should be a convincing win

I really wish you hadn't said that :( ;)

They were absolutely pathetic at Anfield a few weeks ago and let that horrible little **** score four goals without putting up too much resistance. Let's hope they've all got their sun cream and sandals out already. We've got a serious job to do tonight. Looks like the weather conditions are going to be bloody atrocious.

Early goal vital. Don't want to be going into the break level or worse.

Cannot lose, easiest opposition we could possibly play

Go to the bookmakers and put every single penny you can find on a Spurs win

This is Tottenham, what could possibly go wrong?

I think they'll be a lot of empty seats tonight unfortunately. Hope tonight is the night Harry decides to start his end of season purple patch!

I do not think that I have been this nervous about a game all season.

For what it's worth I never want to go into the break level or worse;)

This game is as easy as it gets and if we'd been playing it at 3 o'clock in mid February we'd all recognise that fact, it's not the team and it's not the match it's the knee knocking nervousness of the the fans that's causing them to worry.
I wouldn't want to be in Watford's shoes having to play Spurs in these circumstances, our team will be really fired up for this, they will be so determined to take this opportunity.
3rd is in our own hands with four games to go, how good is that!
