This feels like an FA Cup third round game against a L2 side. I honestly can't blame people for shunning Wembley, though.

Getting out of the stadium and into the train station is bollocks.

A distinct lack of energy in the performance, Wembley doesn't help either.

We look dangerous in the final third and once we have them pinned back but we aren't exactly controlling the game in the middle.

Need more from Lucas, Eriksen and Winksy.

We've looked in control without scoring the goals to reflect that. I feel like people are trying to be negative for the sake of being negative.

I don't think we're playing poorly at all. It feels like we're just playing to the standard of the opposition (by that I mean we're just doing what we need to get the win - conserve energy)

Could be something in this.

Yeah not good, really lacklustre. Just glad we got that early goal but if Saints get one back they'd rightfully have confidence in seeking out a win.

Really disappointed with Lucas though, I watched just him personally quite a bit that half and a lot of the time when a midfielder has the ball he wasn't coming for the ball, he was running off but almost hiding himself between the Southampton defenders so he wasn't even an option. Plus when on the wing if a fullback has it he never makes himself an option down the line, he tucks himself inside. It's all little movements like this that makes it no surprise he hasn't really been in the game. It's annoying because he should be causing mayhem with his speed. Just think he shies away from the ball a bit too much at times.

Maybe he is lacking a bit of confidence right now.
