You get the impression that Pool fans think it's a full gone conclusion, they are winning it. As do most of the media. I just hope the same arrogant attitude has filtered through to the players.

It’s ridiculous out here.

‘Make sure you get a tan lad, that’s all you’ll be taking home’

He got a quick ‘yeah we’ll fucking see Saturday won’t we!’

To be honest, I will be surprised if we win. Mainly because that just doesn't happen to us. (And Pool are a better team). But then we beat City who were the best team in the tournament. Pools best performances are at Anfield. So what do I know!

You know, Liverpool are the favorites. The supporters are extremely loud and incredibly cocky. The ex-Pool player punditry is widespread. Klopp is a massively smug, shit-grinning, prick. And they are walking into the Madrid dressing room. THAT Madrid dressing room. The one that is 20x nicer and fancier than ours, a humble bare-bones collection of tiny cubbies and benches with a couple of Spurs banners hung around them. Let them feel like they are kings who will just trot in and collect their gold.

We've proved we have what it takes when we are up against it. Inter. PSV. Barcelona. Dortmund. City. Ajax. I hope our players prove everyone wrong again and stick it to them.

Recently we played them at anfield and imo should of won and had lloris not had a moment then we was good for a draw.
The fan's and player's have to believe that there is nothing to fear if we play as good as we can do and don't allow them to run up a 2/3 score before we get going.

the key is not making mistakes. we do that and we'll win imo. we'll be fitter and stronger, just got to stop shooting ourselves in the foot before we start playing.

them all saying they're not thinking about last year is complete bollox. we score first or get on top, that's exactly what they'll be thinking of.

Very important to note.

Liverpool 0 - 1 Napoli
Liverpool 0 - 2 Red Star
Liverpool 1 - 2 PSG
Liverpool 0 - 3 Barcelona

It's not like they've been lighting up Europe outside of Anfield.

I’m 53 years old and don’t even remember when I became Spurs, it’s that far ingrained in me and my family. I’ve had a tumultuous family related year with a lot of good things happening so I have run out of annual leave and couldn’t even think about going to Madrid. I’ve scraped enough hours together so that I have tomorrow night off but I’m on nights tonight and Sunday and I’m just about to leave for my shift. I’ll bid you all good luck and the next time I post in here we will be European Champions, I hope, or gallant losers that went out in a blaze of glory. Just remember you support the greatest football club in the world and that you have already seen the glory come what may. Come On You Spurs!! We can fucking do this!!

There is nothing to fear. They’re 11 blokes playing football. They are good at it. So are we. Let’s do it (y)

I honestly don't know if I can handle watching this game. I think I might go to bed early set the alarm to midnight, wake up and just check the score... Fucking hell.

Reminds me of that scene in Rocky 4 when he says, "You cut him! You hurt him! You see? You see? He's not a machine. He's a man"
