Just checked in to the Premier Inn at Enfield Lock. There is not going to be much sleeping done in this hotel if we win...

Off to get the train to London. Been sitting in the garden trying to relax but it's not worked.
Hope the players are in a more relaxed frame of mind!

About to head off to stadium with wife and one son. Meeting other son there. Daughter lives in Mongolia but she’ll be with us in spirit.

I posted here on the night Crouch scored at City. I said - paraphrasing Churchill - it was “not the end, or even the beginning of the end, but it was the end of the beginning” of Spurs revival. The Metro / Standard quoted that post amongst others the next day.

This evening feels like another stage in Spurs reclaiming elite status. I always thought we’d reach the promised land of CL triumph one day. I just never expected it to be this, of all seasons. Thank you to this team, squad, manager and staff for giving us this moment despite all the cards stacked against us.

If Crouch hadn't scored that..

I'm in the induction ward with my wife and a baby that hasn't edged south in 36 hours, does anyone know if it's definitely being streamed by BT on YouTube?
Good luck pal! It’s supposed to be

Also - may be frustrating to miss the game because of the baby being born, but it’s birthday could forever be the day we won the CL final... (also means you’ll never forget it :ROFLMAO:)

OH MY GOD WE’RE IN A CHAMPION’S LEAGUE FINAL!!!!!

It’s starting to hit me now. I’m struggling. I will hate watching the match yet it could end up being one of the greatest nights of my life.

I’m struggling. My chest is so tight through the stress of it all. My legs are already like jelly. And I thought I was doing fine.

Believe!

Got my 91 FA cup shirt on today. Loving the acknowledgement from the fellow yids all looking pleased as punch today. Even man united fans wishing me luck. It’s good to be alive today

I've had similar today too. Didn't wear my work top, opted for this seasons home shirt instead. Out of my 70+ deliveries, there must've been at least half of them who wished me all the best for tonight & don't want Liverpool to win it.

I had 1 delivery of a Liverpool carrier bag (had programmes for the match in it). The guy was sunbathing in the back garden, saw my shirt & told me to just throw it over his gate because he didn't wanna move or be too friendly before the game (we normally have a bit of banter).

I told him I need a signature, but he said I could just sign it for him, which I did. I signed it, held it up so he could see it & he called me a bastard.

I signed it, YIDARMY. :D

It’s all a bit odd. I literally have zero nerves about it.
I’m if the mind that, as long as the players give it their all, then I cannot fault them if we lose. I expect to lose, maybe that’s why I’m calm.

I feel exactly the same, I want them to win this more than anything but I'm refusing to believe we will. I guess it's a self preservation thing!!

How insane would it be to win the Champions League in the same year our new stadium opened.

Another possible omen happened today. The second year on Paul Gambiaccini's Pick Of The Pops, on radio 2 today was 1981.

Number 5 on this weekend 1981 was Ossie's dream.

I see. I’m going to the stadium screening soon with fam. Got ticks for east stand. But I’m gonna be just having a few drinks and mixing it up at the bars around stadium. First time going to it so should be a lively atmosphere so if you’re about dm me.
Will do for sure. The stadium is wonderful, and the price of beers inside is really decent, same price as most pubs. Bevertown are an excellent choice for us, love me a gamma ray. Make sure you give yourself time to walk about inside etc.

Been busy all week and also today, but now I've finished my 'bits n bobs' I'm starting to feel nervous.

Got to resist starting on the beers in the fridge, because if I do I'll be steaming by kick-off and probably forget the whole match

And hopefully it'll be a match to remember!!

Hi guys, really urgent question so a quick response is appreciated.

That place behind WHL where you can store your bag: where is it? And is it open today do you know? Cheers
Worcester Avenue, opposite (roughly) entrance 14 or 15. Sign on the fence: says "bag drop".
