Just getting in early, to save other people the time & effort of posting.

Fucking Trippier, sell the ****.

Make some fucking changes Poch, you useless ****.

No way are we winning this.

Crowd is shit.

This is all on Levy.

Remind me again why we sold Dembele.

This shit needs major surgery in the summer, Kane is the only player worth keeping, every single other one of these useless ****s can get the fuck out of my club........

That's all I can think of for now. Fuck knows what'll be said in the 89 remaining minutes of the game.

You forgot 2.

Is Eriksen on the field? Tackle, you pussy

Stop dithering Dele. Always slows everything down.....

Oh, 3...

Why can't we beat the first man from a set piece???

Hopefully a carnival atmosphere and some great football tomorrow, with the right result of course.

Spotted that Everton fans are invited to the after party, which is a nice touch.

I honestly don't understand why some people feel the need to fill the match threads with a load of negative shite when Tottenham are actually playing at that moment.

When I skim though at half time and full time, it's always the same fucking names too tbh.

It’s just a venting thing unless it abusive why does it bother you?
I posted a few negative things at half time during the Ajax match born out of frustration and disappointment but in the light of day (even if we had lost the other night ) that we’re not my true feelings when I stand back and think about the big picture

I cringe when I see some of those ' click bait' headlines on Newsnow , about some player being hung out to dry by fans on twitter. It's terrible to read , knowing that the players themselves are bound to click on it . I presume it happens to all clubs.

Football.London do it an awful lot too.

Anything with lazy internet journalism tbh.

Poll needs a simple ‘Spurs to win’ option, the other game being out of our hands.
Yet people are voting the different options. Sorry mate, cannot please everyone as others have asked for this format. Probably best leave out polls on Match threads altogether

It's nearly always abusive.

It's nearly always inaccurate. Inaccurate is bad.

It's always premature.

It's immature and intemperate and it shows lack of awareness and self-control.

It's self-indulgent. There's never any content, just rage and "stating my opinion". All bad.

It's generally devoid of analytic or observational content, or anything else that could inform or interest anyone else - it's just an uninformative splat of anger, best kept to oneself.

In some cases, not all, it's a sign of being a hate-filled, vicious human.

Did I mention that it's inaccurate?

So what do I do?

I stay out of the match threads when play is going on. I'm too busy watching the football and haven't any desire to share rage with babies.

Unless I have something observational, analytical or informative to say, I STFU at half time as well.

In general, I keep my mouth shut unless I have something to say. "Stating my opinion" does not count as "something to say". It counts as immature and self-indulgent behaviour. So I don't do it.

Finally: venting in public is bad. People shouldn't do it.

Anymore for anymore? I can be judgmental all fucking evening if you want.

There are a few poeple around me at NWHL who like to create a real life match thread.

Someone called Eriksen a "fat ****" twice before he scored the winner against Brighton recently which was amusing.

First game in the new stadium for me tomorrow can't wait, a win for us and Chelsea lose would leave us third, a great end to a great week.
