My only difference would be to play sissoko in next to winks and have onomah in an advanced position with waynama given a rest.

I'd put Onomah next to Winks where they have played masses of football together in the Youth set up and play Sissoko further forward. I don't have much confidence in Sissoko keeping possession in the middle of the pitch although I acknowledge that he will give any opponent a hard time further forward where he could have a run at them.
