Why no Sissoko?

He could use a rest. He's been brilliant this season, but with Dier & Wanyama back in the squad I'd let him sit this one out.

dier is useless when we have 3 at the back

Dier is the opposite of what we need against Newcastle. They will want to sit deep and defend. We need as many creators and attackers as we can squeeze in. Play passes down the flanks and put the ball in. Or we steal the ball and transition quickly. Dier is only really useful when we play bigger more attacking teams imo.
