I have an account that has my membership but when I try and sign in it says I'm not registered. It's very annoying, I can log onto the spurs website fine just not for buying tickets.
They explain you need to register a new account for Wembley. The old one for the Lane won't work.

if they were charging that for a game in Aus, then fair enough, we see the team once in a blue moon so it's worth the money.

But charging that much for a game in London seems stupid, i wouldn't pay that to go see my AFL team play a preseason friendly in my city.

To sit in the block i watch the CL from last year, for me, my wife and two kids (ages 4 and less than 1 - no obvious concessions) it will cost £216 to watch a friendly. That is utterly bonkers.

Fortunately I've got a ticket to see Usain Bolt in his last 100m final (assuming he qualifies), over in the Olympic Stadium that evening. #convenientexcuse

Confirmed

As far as I can make out, cheapest ticket for an adult is £35 with a 10% booking fee PER TICKET + £1 for the pleasure of printing at home or £2.95 for standard delivery. We'll be lucky to get 10k there

Our first team will face @juventusfc in a pre-season friendly at @wembleystadium on Saturday, August 5 - http://spurs.to/JuventusWembley #COYSpic.twitter.com/qr91TE3w4Y
Fecking winds me up, I remember the olden days when people built their overheads into the price rather than add it on afterwards. They're laughing at anyone mug enough to pay these prices.

...I suppose more spurs fans that at any time since a really long time ago will get to see spurs play this season, so maybe I can't begrudge the club/promotion company trying to make a fast buck here.

Not going to bother going though - like others here am a bit sceptical on how many people will actually be there. Barça-Pool did well - but suspect they are a much better draw for neutrals than us and Juve.

I know there are still 3 or 4 weeks until the match, but it appears as if ticket sales have been a disaster for this game. If you have a look around the stadium almost every originally available block is green, and within them some have only had a few seats sold.

Massive cock up on the part of Relevent Sports. What made them think people would want to pay an average price of £40 for a friendly ticket?!

Because that's what Relevent does in the US and it works.

For European teams?

That probably explains it. Funnily enough it's a lot easier to see European teams if you're in Europe!
They also have pretty high overheads that they have to pay the teams/stadiums in order to schedule in the first place. I worked for them in the US a few years ago.

Great news. Hope this bunch of greed-motivated chancers lose bucketloads from this and stay far far away from our club in the future. Up the Yids.

Good move. Still not as cheap as they should be, but at least common sense has prevailed for once.

Edit: actually fuck that. Just had a look at the revised prices and they're still ridiculous.
