Arsenal aren't spending £100m on Zaha. That's hilarious.
I don't think the fee will be that high but can definitely see this one dragging till end of the window if something doesn't happen within the next week or so. Shipping ozil out of that's possible will free things up plus add that to the speculated war chest ? they have then who knows.

Utd's been discussed & is a no no so that don't leave many realistic options, if we won't or can't stump up the readies then it could prove a bad time for him to be seeking a move. If given a choice between bale & Zaha it would be difficult because in all honesty I'd be hoping for a 3rd choice. Bales too injury prone, Zaha I feel is a primaDonna now so here's hoping levy has his targets locked & loaded & done early for a change.

Regarding Zahas recent contract renewal that was never any thing more than guaranteeing palace get top dollar.

Zaha shouldn't have signed a new contract if he wants to get away from Palace, they're gonna struggle to get anywhere near that for him.
His record so far suggests that any non-committal comments he makes are more for contract negotiations than actual aspirations to play for a "bigger" club.

I get the feeling he is happier being a big fish in a smaller pond than compete for his place in a top 6 club where he may not be guaranteed a starting berth every week. At Palace he knows if he is fit, he will play.

That's complete and utter conjecture and guess work based on little actual info, so I am happy to stand corrected. Palace fan friends wouldn't be sorry to see him go for big money however as they feel the squad could be well strengthened with the income.
