He certainly insinuated there was complacency as he said "we believed it would be an easy game". But he didn't use the word as maybe he doesn't know it and the reporter used it. So I don't see anything wrong with the headline.

Complacency implies we didn't bother to prepare properly because we'd thought it would be so easy. That's a bit (ie very) different from what he actually said.

Issue identified. Let's see if it's addressed. Also good to see Pochettino make the changes to turn round a losing position, since that was one of the negatives levelled at him prior to his appointment.
