He didn't fail, Raheem needed to get out of London so turned down us and the goons to get away.

I know it's trendy to hate Tim but he is not as bad a coach as we make out, I would like to see him win the F.A cup to shut a lot of people up tbh.

He did no worse than the manager before him (or poch right now) and started blooding the youngsters who have saved our season this year I think it's time people relaxed as the things he said too and about the players are what a manager should have to balls to say instead of pandering to a bunch who just decide to give up and put on gutless displays like the last 3 games knowing that they won't even get a bollocking at the end of it.

Too many players stealing a wage and getting away with it at spurs

Have you not noticed that Tim was apparently integral to every good transfer or attempted signing of a top player?

By that logic, it's quite reasonable to assume that, as Technical Co-ordinator, that he could well have a big responsibility for some of the crap players we're relying on these days, and the sale of some that we miss dearly.

I'm starting to think Timmeh has some form of very advanced Tourettes, combined with some sort of Munchhausen syndrome.

These are only the ones that get into the papers, because they involve footballers - you want to see the looks on faces when he starts doing it down the high street, pointing at green grocers and random passers by shouting, "NEARLY SIGNED YOU WHEN YOU WERE A KID!"

I only ever see him talking about youth players which I believe was part of his job.

I do not care about the guy either way but it seem that coating him off is incredibly popular, we know he tried to sign Sterling and we know the reasons that didn't happen it was discussed on this board a few weeks back (something about a match in his back garden?)

I did read somewhere that we were unsure about his mentality and if it was suited for football at the biggest levels. Not saying that we would be in pole position to get him, since he went after the biggest contract.

I'm just waiting to see who nearly signed Messi & Ronaldo and how we just run out of time by 10 seconds on transfer deadline day.

He was on about Eriksen and linked to the Suarez "not good enough" saga not long ago, both were established players at Ajax and so weren't going to be for the academy.

There was a bit about his back garden, but nothing about trying to sign him. It said that the club thought he had too much baggage.

Like he discovered Eriksen when he played at Wembley?

Hey Timothy, get over yourself, mate.

He said he spotted Eriksen playing at Wembley at 17 (he didn't) and got hold of Kane at 11 (nor this). There's presumebly a glint in someone's eye that Tim's currently wining and dining in his mind

Isn't he the Aston Villa manager?......

In other news David Pleat makes a hash at pronouncing the name 'Chimbonda'.
