YK would have to understand. His injury record has not been good enough. I think he's still ahead of Daws in the pecking order so this move would be more likely to come at Daws expense.

Well, I don't really know the guy but he does seem like a downgrade on MM and has apparently struggled quite a bit with injuries/holding down a regular starting place at Seville. He is huge (1,95 m) which can be both an advantage and a disadvantage as a footballer...Hopefully we know what we're doing here, but I liked the idea of MM a lot better.

The earlier criptic from A&C indicated that Daws could be off to the spammers, so it is more likely to be him being replaced. Last season we were down to 1 Cb at times and with Kaboom and Dier able to cover RB and Verts LB having 5 CBs and Capoue covering CB will enable us to cope with most injury permutations.

interesting signing if this happens. sounds a t old school bnut with a footballing brain.

he may not cope with a sturridge or an agureo but may cope with the dzekos and the more physical strikers in the league.

we have to remember that there are different players for different games and he may prove to be the sort that nullifies strikres we have found difficult.

we will need five Cbs and if yopu say we have Verts and Dier and maybe Vlad that stay we need two more so this lad and hopefully MM in Jan may be the right balance.
