Ryan Sessegnon has told Fulham he will not sign a contract to replace the one that expires next summer and has set his heart on a move to Tottenham.

If he refuses to leave London or insists that Tottenham is the only acceptable option, he can't be made to join Man Utd, no matter how much they offer Fulham.
