As the club are no longer doing the cash back ahead of renewals for next season can anyone else see the amount that was available as cash back in their etickets account?
Also as I can't make the Brighton game tomorrow night, I sold my ticket via the ticket exchange & thought that I would be able to use the amount as credit against the Ajax ticket but couldn't. I'm presuming that the amount from the ticket exchange can only be used against next season's season ticket, is that correct?

I think the opportunities for any cash back etc is now gone so the only way you can use the money from the ticket exchange is to apply it against next seasons ticket renewal.

I cant even see the money for the ticket I sold for Huddersfield.

I can't see any money in my account & remembering the hassle I had last year with my s/t I'm hoping that THFC don't screw up again & try and charge me full price (with no money off for the cash back & ticket exchange) & it means another 2 hours on the phone to the ticket office.

From the email:

Due to limited availability and ahead of the renewal process completing, we are not able to consider requests for Season Ticket relocations during the renewal period this year.

Gonna be interesting how the apparent ease to get tickets on the exchange will effect ST sales. I bet a lot bought ST as they thought it was only hope of getting into a game. Now appears for at least lower games any member can get in.

Easy to get tickets - and we still do not sell out

Near enough whole row behind me vacant against last night - if the guy row further back was a regular there would be many looking to move if they could. Very strange support he was offering ................

But for the big games you literally have no chance unless you’re a ST holder.

It is sold out. The only tickets available are those already purchased by season ticket holders.
If no one is sat there it means the ticket has been sold but the buyer hasn't attended.
The issue seems to be the fact only members can buy them once the original ticket holder re-lists them. Also, some people buy season tickets just to attend the glory games and don't bother with the boring ones like last night.

Yeah I work nights often so I have to pick and choose which games I go to currently. Disappointingly my ST has remained unsold despite being listed for both Huddersfield and Brighton. I think it’s because my seat is quite expensive and there will be better / cheaper seats on offer.
