I was hoping to move as I feel too far away, do you feel the same @48K ? Your view is the same as mine pretty much as you're right by me (at a cost of a grand more)
guess I'll have to be patient and wait until next year.
I chose the east stand option because I wanted to be able to see the south stand as opposed to be in amongst it so I'm happy with the seat in that sense, but that 1882 block is quite up in the gods which is a shame. This was, of course, known at time of purchase so I have no complaint about that. I also knew that I'd be sat near people who were paying a grand less for their seats (allbeit they didn't have cup games included) so no real beef about that either. My pause for thought is mainly because of the fantastic value pricing that the food and drink is on offer at the stadium. When I bought my ticket I it was a time when I was paying £5.50 for a pint of Budweiser and £13 for burger and chips at Wembley - add a fiver for a programme and over 24 games that's getting on for £600 of "stuff", plus the cup game tickets plus the private bar and "name on the feature wall" nonsense and all of a sudden £2200 doesn't appear to be massively expensive (if your man maths is sufficiently skewed by your love for the club). A secondary reason is that the product just doesn't feel special enough - an empty shell of a bar at the end of a corridor that feels a bit of an afterthought doesn't really cut it. I fully recognise it's probably not finished yet so wait with interest to see how things evolve over the remaining games.

If I could redefine the 1882 season ticket in a way that would give better value to the customers without the club having to spend too much money on it, my suggestions would be:
a) Include some European games in the ticket package
b) Open the doors 3 hours before kick off , same as for the premium seat holders
c) Get some furniture in the bars - give people a place to sit down, and tables for their food and drink
d) Have some entertainment in the bars like they are doing out on the main concourses
e) Hold some exclusive 1882 events

They need to make it feel like an actual club, a place that you actively want to make a beeline for as soon as you get in to the ground with compelling reasons to spend time there, rather than an empty room to pop in to in order to pick up your free programme and food and drink voucher.

I caveat the above again by saying I do realise we've only had two test events so far, and fully expect things to evolve and improve. However renewal time is not that far away...

I'd like to see the inside of that 1882 bar. As I said on FB over the weekend, you might well be missing out on all the atmosphere going on everywhere in the stadium. Although you will almost certainly be able to pee, get a drink, drink it, eat and get back to your seat on time lol.

Not sure if this is the right thread, but I was just wondering if anyone else is having trouble with their Ticketing Account - specifically no tickets at all appear on the Manage Tickets page? I need to transfer my friend's season ticket for Saturday's game but can't as Manage Tickets isn't working. It worked fine for Palace...

I don’t believe they’ve opened the ticket share/ ticket exchange yet for Huddersfield

Our ticket on the App for tonight’s game only appeared yesterday. They say each game will be loaded 48hrs beforehand

Maybe this is the same situation online when we login to our accounts!?

Anyone know when the system will allow me to transfer a ticket to a member in my network for the Huddersfield game ?
I emailed the ticket office. They said that due to unforeseen technical issues, the ticket share/exchange system may not be available until 48 hours before the game.

Chaps, for ST holders, after buying the semi final ticket do we just use our stadium access cards or do they send out a physical ticket?...I couldn’t make the city one as I was out of town so I don’t really know the process.

They just add it on to the ST card

If you have the app, just check the app a day or two before the game as the ticket will be on there

Cheers

PS. What is this app wizardry you chaps speak of?
Go to google store or iphone app store and type in spurs official app... if you download it and register your account using your Customer Reference Number and password (same details as the ticketing account) and once you purchase your ticket the ticket will show up on there... Basically it allows you to scan the ticket using your phone in the event you forget your season ticket card or lose it etc
