They really couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery. I applied for a refund on the 5th of November for the Southampton & Burnley games. Chased it last Friday and they said it would be in my account by that afternoon. Still nothing. My season ticket pack hasn't turned up either. Hopeless.

Are you sure you’re a season ticket holder?

I had to double check but yes, I am.
EDIT: Spoke to Del Boy or Arthur Daley on the phone about it and they said that the information, Sharon from Eastenders, gave me last Friday is incorrect. Because I didn't request a refund at 08:59am on the 5th of November I won't be paid on the 13th but on the 27th. Sharon said I would get it on the 16th. I am confuse.

That's why they need to charge £1.00 for the fan familiarisation event, they need to confirm that they're still totally fucking inept going forward.

Guess who hasn't got his ST pack yet.

I’m amazed that some ST holders haven’t yet received their packs. I’ve had mine unused for so long I’ll soon be able to take it on the Antiques roadshow.

Just a quick question for you guys, I'm about to graduate University in California and after 4 long years of only being able to go to games during the holidays I've now applied for a season ticket as I begin my working life in London. Do you guys know how long it takes roughly to get one. I'm around 80,000 on the waiting list. Am I going to be waiting years? Not a huge problem as my family has 2 others, just wanted one for myself now I'm a certified adult!

Tough one to call, I was around the 70,000 mark and had been on the list for around 10yrs but the new stadium has meant I got one for the first time last year :woot:

All depends how much the cost and this Wembley mess will put people off. The good thing for you is that the recent sales have shown that most on the waiting list won’t take up the option (due to either cost, spare time or not actually wanting a ST) but with the buzz of the new stadium I’d imagine you’ll have to wait at least 5yrs unless we start going through a rough patch of form.

Good luck (y)
