What's the point of sending out ST packs when we have no idea when we are going to play there? I mean there still remains the possibility that we may spend the season at Wembley.

Logged in to get my City ticket this morning. Despite the site being down for about half an hour I finally got in and wasn’t greeted by the donut of death. Straight through, completed all the sections and then for 2 minutes it stayed like this until the time ran out.

As far as I’m aware, your refund is there for you to withdraw at any time because it can be held for next seasons ST if you wish ( or at least it should be otherwise you would have cause for complaint as it’s your money by right).

Buying the City tickets for Wembley is a separate business. It’s just there was a specific deadline to ensure you would have the refund back in time to buy for the City game for your personal cash flow purposes.

At least that’s the way I understand it anyway.

Still apply. Just takes longer to get it. I did the same for the last refund.
Cheers...where do I apply now though? When I checked yesterday there were no tickets I could manage in my account.
Cant look right now as it just puts me in the queue.

Easier for me getting back from Wembley especially mid week but still want to be at new ground.

Really tempted to give the Man City game a miss. Apparently the eticketing website is buggered too.
Yep. It fucked up my application and I've just tried ringing them and the various options I was given on the phone were just different ways of cutting me off.

Not sure if any of you are feeling this way at the moment but Spurs are really beginning to piss me off.

Ticket Site has confirmed it’s having difficulties. If the club shop could also confirm then that’s a full house on all business operations.

Id go with a "certainly".

Gonna buy the tickets though like a mug obviously because Ive got to buy a ticket for a mate who is abroad and doesn't want to ruin his holiday by sitting with the donut of death. He said the internet connection is bad but I suspect thats bullshit!

Finally the site is working and I’ve booked my ticket.

Should probably do some work now...

After this episode of Archer.

Sitting on the tube to work I was contemplating life then I realised I still don't have my goddamn key from spurs. I am assuming because the seats etc haven't been properly assigned yet but I want my damn key.

I am assuming no other season ticket holders have got theirs yet?

I rang the ticket office the other day. They haven’t sent any ST packs yet, only non ST members.
