Yep, pretty much. I just couldn't imagine supporting a club like that. If they win it's pretty hard to get THAT excited about and if they lose it's an absolutely disaster. Must just be boring as fuck. The highs are not that high and the lows are abysmal. It'd be like every single fixture being a Carabao Cup 3rd round fixture against Burton Albion or something.

But what's the solution?

Only way to improve the quality of the competition with such limited finances is to use the loan system more effectively. To portray yourself as a testing ground for young premiership players.

I never said I had a solution. Just saying I reckon it'd be boring as fuck being a Celtic fan. To make it more interesting either the rest of the league needs to somehow catch up or Celtic need to step up even further to the point where they can compete in the European competitions. At the moment they're in a sort of boring purgatory whereby they're far too good for their domestic league but nowhere near good enough in european matches

That's a good assessment - purgatory. And unfortunately it will get worse as they slip into obscurity if things don't change
