would love some confirmation from ITK on this.
Really, really good news.
Top 5-6 most important players (not best but important) include Danny: Rose, Kane, Alli, Dier, Toby, Hugo

This needs to happen, these players have performed remarkable well over the last few seasons and we need to revisit our wage structure if we are to keep hold of our best players.

I am not saying double their wages but we need to, the club needs to pay top wages to our top performers.

I put myself in this scenario, i enjoy were i work, my colleagues and i have a great relationship. I earn £15 an hour, my mates doing similar jobs in other companies earn £30 an hour. If i asked for a pay increase and was given £20 an hour. I will continue working there no doubt. However i was not given an increase, so i am currently job searching. Ever day at work has now become a chore. Eventually i will get a new job and move on.

With all the garbage put out by the media regarding unhappy Spurs players and Mr Levy and MP not doing enough, this story should help to calm the nerves of the doubters who worry there may be truth in the stories we are bombarded with. All too often they are just that ~ stories.

I am one of those who trust in our perceived transfer policy and have every faith that the squad that we have at the start of the season will be able to challenge for trophies. Dare to dream.

It's not just wages. We need to put something in the trophy cabinet to keep this team together.

Adding further quality to the squad is also necessary to help keep the side together in pushing on to get those trophies however. Especially with top six strengthening.
Keeping our side together is the first vitally important step but we do need to keep looking to improve on previous signings.
Victor worked out brilliantly last year, need another gem this.

The club will and has done something about wages. Walker leaving and doubling he's wages at City a player in Rose's position will wonder what if therefore it is correct we show players appreciation with improved conditions.

Get everyone on similar contracts, despite our lack of transfer activity we have a young squad which is one of the best in the league, the key to winning things is keeping them together

Yes, but it is the team who needs to win a trophy. Everything is in place for them to do that - great squad, great manager, best training complex in Europe, soon one of the best stadiums in Europe. But ultimately the players need to deliver the trophy.

Good news would like to see it confirmed. Same for Toby there was talk earlier in the summer but now not so much. Again I'd like everyone signing on the dotted line.
