Premier league is a very tough league especially around Christmas time when the games come thick and fast. I fear we would need to wrap him up in blanket

I think Barca complete the necessary grovelling to get the lad signed up tbh.

Would be a cracking little bonus if Spurs could jump on this opportunity though.

He reminds me of another Barca youth team sensation Bojan Krcic. He's nowhere near as talented as Bojan was at that age though. Good luck to the lad but I seriously doubt that English football would be the optimum for his development at this stage of his career.

Sounds to me like he will in all honesty.
Yup, agree, we seem to get one of these links every summer, Under, Coric etc. I would be amazed if he ends up with us. I am surprised so many people would be against it tho, I mean, he's 18 and would be coming on a free.

If he comes and is good, he’ll just go back to Barça in a few years anyway.

Yeah but he will have helped us in the mean time and I would guess be sold for alot to help fund other transfers.

Can't see anything wrong with any of that even if he did leave.

Personally can't see this one coming off. If he's that good, (he looks a prospect) I'm sure Barca would do the necessary to get him to stay.

That's not to say I'm not pleased if it comes off.

I remember the Ante Coric links...he's gone backwards this season. Great if you succeed, but I'm sure we've all witnessed these youngsters who are supposed to be the next *insert name*, only for them to fail to live up to the billing and end up playing for some obscure team in far off lands.

I remember Souleymane Coulibaly. It was said we beat Real Madrid and Utd to his signature.

He left us in September 2014 and has played for 6 different clubs since.

I'm aware if we don't try, we'll never know, but a way to go yet before I reach 'total jizz mode'

On a closing note...we could have a Midfield pairing of Danish Bacon. ;)

Not really. Modric's thighs are thicker than this little twiglet's torso.
Doesn't matter, with that hair you automatically get deducted man points. And he was pretty weedy when we first got him. Maybe not this weedy but hey ho, that's what steroids are for.
