Two Spurs player almost got their heads to it, Torres got his head to it, now the last time I looked Robinson was a good tall lad with long arms which he is allowed to use. It all happened within yards of the goal with plenty of time available for a goalie to meet the cross. So YES any keeper worth his place in a Premiership side should have come to claim that cross or at least take Torres out of it in a legal attempt to reach it. Robinson has shown in the past that he is a top goalkeeper but he's not anywhere near there at the moment. He will be back for Spurs again but hopefully not until he has his head sorted. Perhaps his dance across his goal line to allow Bolton an open goal to score into, would have been a more clearcut blunder. Now that is one to watch again in disbelief.... SS57 methinks in this rare case you just do not want to see the sad truth.
In Jol we trust. Come On You Spurs.
dont think Robbo had much chance to get out and punch the ball for that cross, Chimbonda and Dawson fucked up more in that goal, Robbo could have been quicker to move across the goals, but Chimbonda and Dawson shoudl have clsoed Torres off and not even let him get up to win a header against 2 players
