Not a chance. Bale has shown he would jump ship if a big club comes in. Kane has shown his commitment. We need to build around the spine of the team for the next 3-5 years. Kane is key to that. Forget the fee, clubs will know we have money so average strikers would become £40m all of a sudden.

Well we just built a stadium so we simply say we had to take it to finance it and we're still skint. That's not to add any credibility to a crap story though.

We'll take Bale, we'll even take the 132mill but they can get screwed if they're looking for Kane in return.

A couple of season tickets for Josep Bartomeu should cover it...

Not enough, change the 132m to 132b plus Kovicic, Modric and Isco and it might be considered.

Simply put, we shouldn't sell Kane at ANY price. Not even for £1b.

The answer should be a straight forward, and immediate...go fuck yourself, San Diego, (Madrid)

I have to admit i would take that
Really? Kane’s worth in the market must be over 200m at least. Bale’s value with his injury record can’t be more that 50m. Then there’s the salary we’d have to pay Bale.

The maths just don’t stack up even if there was a modicum of truth in the story.

Harry Kane is the future, Gareth Bale is the past. Kane is one of a kind and has repeatedly stated his committment to THFC, which Bale certainly didn't. For once, we have a world class player who isn't interested in jumping ship and we should tell RM where to get off.

IF this is true, isn't it harassment now, isn't there a law against this kind of thing...if not, there should be. We've told teams repeatedly he's not leaving. Isn't there someone we can sue! I actually think RM have collectively something wrong with them! If of course it's all paper lies, then the above applies to them.

For £1b in cash we could invest that in a simple index fund for around 5% ROI. That's a cool 50 million per year. You if you spent that 50m per year, the initial one billion would continue to grow, year on year, while you get a 50m per year cash injection (and continue to have £1b+ in cash on hand).

Are you sure you wouldn't take 1 billion?
