Game of two halves again. Too casual, lazy and overconfident in the second. Had more than enough chances
to win it first half but didn't seem concerned. Got what they deserved second half.

Lloris........6......Beaten by a fluke and a scorching free kick. OK otherwise
KWP..........5......Wanted him to nail it but he couldn't find a hammer. Sad..
Sanchez....5+....Very nervy performance.
Jan.............6......Too casual. Took two awful glory shots when he had players available.
Rose..........4.......Did very little except give them the first goal.
Dier...........6.......Not bad,not good. Not anything really
Sissoko.....6.......Reverting to his norm if he's not careful.
Eriksen.....6........Some nice touches but disappeared eventually.
Dele..........7........Made him MOM but little competition. Has style and class but should have been subbed on the hour.
Moura......4.........Never seen much in him but pace. Shows little awareness of the players around him
Kane.........6........Scored but should have had a hat-trick. Complacent attitude to his misses. (Misses not Mrs)

Subs. too late to effect the game.
Poch. Sitting in the stands but little vision. Phone not working I assume.
We are slipping into a dog fight for 4th. 1 point from 12 and Liverpool away next up.

Right this is what pisses me off Dele and Kane both guilty of lack of ruthlessness.. Kane tries to shoot first time and a misses chance from 8 yards when we were 0-1 surely when you have a slender lead you take more care and Dele on the break can slip in Kane but no decided to go for some glory of his own.. So in my view Dele does not get a 7 or Kane a 6 because when it mattered they screwed up... As a team we play like we create 20 clear chances a game which we don`t

oh no calm down :bored:

Can someone explain to me why we had to make so many changes from the team that played so well in Dortmund ? The old saying “ don’t change a winning team ‘“ is generally a good one . This was a vital League game, not a League Cup tie. Not the time to mess around with things again. Poch can accuse the players of complacency but I think it was complacency on his part to leave out Aurier, Davies, Alderweireld and Son in favour of Walker Peters, Rose, Dier and Moura. Toby and Aurier not even on the bench. We should have just made one change- Dele for Winks. Were the players so exhausted that they couldn’t play both games with a long break to follow FFS ?

Hard to pick a MOTM from that performance but how Eriksen is topping the vote tonight is a mystery to me.

The squad is at the tipping point and they need a break to recover. The fight now is to finish within top 4.

If you choose to sit there and ignore what's blatantly obvious then that's totally up to you. :D

Never thought I'd have you down as this delusional but so be it :woot:
Had to show ignored content to see who you were quoting. Glad I did, gave me a good chuckle after yesterday’s sadness.

It's these moments that we need to back the team. A feel good atmosphere is what will get us out of this bad patch of form.
Well this thread is your chance to sift through that game, pick your motm and say something positive.

Only we can be in the CL quarter final, 3rd in the league, announce we are moving into the best stadium in world football next home game ... But still feel like I feel this morning, like fucking shit.

OK. I give Bednarek MOM because I thought he was the best player out there, and since he is both young and has PL experience and some great traits, and I think we are lacking in the CB department, I'd be optimistic if we added him to the squad.

When? At least in our last game we were terrible. If not for Hugo it could have been 3-0 at half time. Once Kane got his goal, they gave up.
