It's been regurgitated a few times on other sites but the full thing is far more revealing, like his belief that the diet thing has been overblown...which I'd agree with, but looking at how much more athletic, say, Huddlestone is, compared to before shows how much influence it has had. Otherwise he doesn't really say much new imo
