Not sure I agree with that. We scored 18 goals in 7 games last month. 17 in 6 the month before.

Have to agree, we do have killer instinct, we just need to play a system that brings the best out of our players, the system we have played in the last few games completely takes away any threat we have.

I do however that if we had one world class player, like a Hazard type dare I say, we would win these type of games, our recruitment needs to improve because our business last summer was incredibly poor other than Wanyama imo.

This is how I see it finishing based on every teams run in.

Surely you can find that extra single point for Liverpool to push Arsenal out..

I would rather Liverpool finish outside the top four than Arsenal, I see Liverpool as a bigger long term threat than Arsenal if they finish top four, plus I really sincerley cannot stand their football club or their fans, if pool get in the CL under Klopp it could be disastrous for us as we make the stadium move.

Arsenal have been in the CL for years and have done nothing, also them missing out might prompt them to sack Wenger and actually achieve something for once, which is my worst nightmare.

Some of the nonsense in here is unbelievable. It was OBVIOUS we were going to lose this game. As I said several times in the past week, if you weren't lumping money on a Liverpool win then you either haven't been watching Spurs for very long or you're so stupid that you'll never figure out how this works. That being said, I was furious at how poor we were in the first half. Liverpool weren't even that good.

Our away form has been terrible this season. Yes, it was great smashing Stoke, Southampton and Watford. But we've played all of the other teams in the top 8 away from home now and haven't won a single one of those games, and let's not forget how we were outplayed away at Leverkusen, Monaco and Liverpool in the cups too. Luckily, we've now played all of the top 9 away from home already so hopefully now things should improve.

Like I've always said, we're in a five horse race for three Champions League places. We're still leading the pack, but we could be in last place if we drop points in our next game, and I do worry about things given how poor our backup players seem to be doing and how our fan base is demanding that we try harder in the cups. But I find the meltdown on here amazing, people were on the top of the world on Saturday morning and thought we were still in the title race, we lose a game that we were obviously going to lose and now suddenly we're going to struggle to make top 4. A bit of perspective please.

Yeah...they told me that when I had twenty quid on us to beat the Goons 3 - 2 at the Emirates at 40 - 1...y'know, the season Kaboul scored the winner to make it 3 - 2...at the...er...Emirates (y)

33 points from 13 games would be near to title winning form. We'll do well to get more than 76 points (2 points per game) but then I think that the others in the top 5 will also end up on lower totals.

Gabriel Jesus broken metatarsal - 2-3 months out. Fantastic news.

Hopefully it will send him into a spiral of emotional despair that leads to a life of petty crime, destroying his career and resulting in City eventually straight swapping him for Robinho.

Jesus out for 3 months is certainly a big boost for their CL rivals. But lets not forget they still have Aguero. But certainly their recent momentum could be stopped with involvement in 3 competitions

Unfortunate for him and City, not that I wish anyone ill, or injured in this case. That said it could be good for our hopes for 2nd place, but is there a source for this as it's not on the BBC site yet!

Yes poor City have to play Aguero now. How will they manage with such bad backups??

This why it will be so hard to ever catch up with that lot. Their attacking backups would walk into most sides. Luckily they keep buying weak defensive players.

A few people saying it's a bonus we don't have to play anyone in the top 8 away from home, like its a massive advantage.

Lets hope none of the sides we have left to play are as good as a team in the bottom half of the 10th ranked league in Europe...

2 wins in 13 away games in all competitions or something? That's very worrying and thank fuck they've got it going at home. Wouldn't back us to beat anyone away right now.

I know there is 13 games left in the league but i'm not sure whether to be optimistic or worried. Players have looked really shatted and slow while the manager seems to be out of ideas.
