Anyone else sick of this whole “we need to be like Utd, play like Utd” narrative? Irritating the crap out of me.
Utd fans showed their true colours when they were loving the Mourinho of last year. Proved beyond doubt that they were only interested in results not performances

Most fans are at the end of the day.

It’s not so much the fans annoying me. It’s Ole, the players and the media ( mostly the ex Fergie players) peddling this play like Man Utd thing.

Post-match was brilliant to watch.

Neville trying desperately to stick up for his team and mate Ole, and getting more and more absurd the harder he tries.

Souness just like 'wut'.

Keane starts off tearing strips off everything United, but by the end is sat in silence summoning all the restraint he has in order to not do Neville some serious harm.

And then there is Joe Hart sat there thinking what has he got himself involved in, terrified to even breathe

Get the feeling I’ve missed something with Sane as he always seems like a great team player.

Double figures for goals & assists and always looks committed / giving his all on the pitch (I.e. not sleepwalking through games or pretending to be billy big balls like Neymar or Pogba).

Has something happened off the pitch that I’m not aware of???
The post you quoted is responding to a point made about Pogba, mate

I’ve seen a few fans slating this on red cafe. I think a lot of them are getting bored of it too.

Probably doesn’t help that ole’s stints in management have been fucking up at Cardiff and at Molde where Norwegian football is currently terrible.

Aaaaaaahhhhh that makes far more sense in which case I 100% agree with @nailsy (as usual  ).

Sorry, I tried to answer you last night, but fell asleep halfway through my reply

As Hank said it was about Pogba, not Sane. No one seems to know what's going on with Sane. There's rumours that his attitude isn't great, but he always seems to play well and his goal and assist numbers are pretty good.

Upsets me when people give him shit, probably the best midfielder in prem history for me, I know Lampard/Gerrard probably had more technical ability, but Keane gave everything on the pitch, he had a high standard and the way he captained United, no player could let their effort levels slip even for a second when he was around. Some moments where he lost his head but that standard he set as a captain are second to none.

Agree in principal & he was the unquestionably the bite to back up the lions roar. Personally though, as a midfielder, I'd put Scholes above him.

Onions.

I think Hart knew to keep quiet after Keane had said that Pep had won nothing in his first season at City but quite rightly changed the centre backs and the goal keeper for the next.
