They're obliged to put someone from the coaching staff up for interview, could be anyone really.Aren't coaches and managers contractually obliged to speak to the press post match?

Careful what you wish for. Great player but he's poison. Does more damage to Chelsea than good imoCan't wait until hazard leaves.

Oh absolutely - and when "on" can be a big part of a title winning team.I'm not sure how that can be? He's one of the best players in the league on his day and if he leaves it will only damage them.

But...
He's also the first player to down tools when things don't go his way. He's torched Mou; he's torched Conte and and now he's torching Sarri. He's a great player but an absolute cancer in the squad.
But you're probably right. He can fuck off to Spain. He always turns up against us the little ****...
We sent Poyet to do that instead of Ramos back in the day.Aren't coaches and managers contractually obliged to speak to the press post match?
Yup, no two ways about...I'm not sure how that can be? He's one of the best players in the league on his day and if he leaves it will only damage them.

Don't get the relevance?
I think the implication is that Coutinho leaving helped Liverpool rather than hurting them.
Actually the money they got definitely helped because they spent it wisely - but Coutinho was never the dressing room coach cancer that Hazard is...

In quotes that pretty much confirm Fraser will be joining the champions in the summer, Fraser admitted he would prefer Liverpool to finish top come May.
“I would like to see them win the league,” the winger said, as reported by The Times.
“If Man City win it, Man City win it. I just like watching good football, and I like the way Liverpool play.
“They’ve been waiting for it for a long time, and with the players they’ve got, they’ll do it, I think.
“They only got beaten in one game, and you know what it’s like. People say they’re under pressure.
“They’re not, are they? Everyone gets beaten, and they’re still at the top of the league. I just think it was a little blip.”
Teammate Steve Cook echoed those thoughts.
“You could see that the crowd were going to play a major part in the game,” he said. “I haven’t quite heard an atmosphere like it today, especially when they scored.
“The atmosphere here today was really good. The Liverpool fans got behind their team. I’m sure they’re going to play a huge part from now until the end of the season.
“The way they work, the way every one of their players is willing to graft and run and they look after the ball so well.
“The way they attack is really difficult to defend against. They don’t really give you much chance to get your game going. It’s really tough to play against.
“On this showing, it’s hard to see Liverpool dropping too many points again. But this is why everyone loves this league, because you never know what you’re going to get.
Not sure I see it that way just yet. That's only one player and they've played Liverpool twice now too so can't roll over and have their belly scratched.
Not sure where they're getting the confirmation that Fraser is joining the in the summer either.
Yes, and why do they call them 'the champions'? 12 games to go...
Conclusion based on another conclusion that was based on a number of assumptions.Right, exactly no relevance

Facts are that Coutinho was one of their better players (supported by big money transfer to a most desirable club) whose transfer was deemed by many to be a big negative blow for Pool. Pool ended that season in the CL Final and have led the PL for much of the subsequent season ie they have improved upon their previous form and results with Coutinho.
Your statement, in part, was:
I find such statement, without further qualification, to be ludicrous when such high profile evidence to the contrary is so close in the memory.
So yes, very, very relevant.
