Mauricio Pochettino says it is grossly unfair that Borussia Dortmund have again had a day more than his Tottenham side to prepare for Tuesday's Champions League showdown. Spurs were given an early kick-off time on Saturday but Bundesliga leaders Dortmund played on Friday.

That didn't help us when we played Cheksea Poch.

Great news that Dele is nearing a return.

He is, of course, generally correct as the Prem gives virtually no help to teams competing in Europe when fixtures are arranged. But in this instance in order to give us the same amount of time to prepare as Dortmund we would've been playing the goons 48 hours after playing at Stamford Bridge. So this scenario is the lesser of two evils, and this isn't the time to bitch about it.

He's always looking for the excuse lately. If we'd have played Friday night it'd have been 12 hours more, sure, but really is that going to make all the difference?? Be positive man!

Very true but I think this is a bigger moan about the Premier League fixture calendar. His counter-argument would be that there shouldn’t be midweek fixtures the week before champs league.
Hard to disagree with him.
However things won’t change as we have 2 domestic cup competitions (and replays), as well as a 20 team league.

Or Dortmund could have played Saturday too. But we're 3-0 up, what an advantage! Is it possible we could blow this?

Most premier league managers have made the same complaint after a few seasons in the competition.

The difference is they're often not used to the shitty fixture cycle of the nohoper league. Although he himself only had 1 proper season in it IIRC.
