Top manager, seems a great guy and I'm hoping he stays for a long time.
Love his style of play, love how he gives youth a chance and picks the ones that train the hardest and not because of a price tag.

To be nuttin' but optimistic, this is actually true. He is constantly learning, and during the season that just closed, he leaped ahead.Very nicely done.

He's an example to us all. He's the best manager I've seen at Spurs.
Totally agree. Amazing guy. How can you ask your players to learn and improve if you don't do it yourself.

Poch never makes excuses, never back bites - hence inside the team there is no room for bitching or blaming others.

He is always gracious to other managers - respect. Which is exactly what he asks his team. He lives the values.

He makes it clear that he is not leaving spurs any time soon - message to the key players 'You stay as well'

You are right he is an example to us all

I'm not lying when I say that I try to think about applying some stuff he comes out with in my work.
