Eric Dier says proving the critics of Tottenham Hotspur manager Jose Mourinho wrong has given the squad extra motivation in their pursuit of silverware this season.

Pretty ominous warning to the rest of the PL, a fully motivated Jose team is normally a very dangerous prospect. Nice to hear if you're a Spurs fan that Jose can still coach modern day players and he can still get his players to buy into his methods after people were calling him a dinosaur. He is creating that siege mentality he is famous for when he managed Chelsea and especially Inter and if he's able to repeat what he did there we are in for a treat.
