Eh...he's been injured since the summer....(Janssen)

Yes, but he is fully fit now. And I am assuming any decent agent or player knowing that they are not in plans, would have already tried to secure a move way before transfer window opens.

Unless, nobody wants him. or that he's choosy. Which is just sad. Go anywhere and prove your worth lads (including GKN)

If he's not on the bench tomorrow then he needs to leave this window for his and our sake

He's not going to be on the bench tomorrow... Poch literally said right after Kane's injury Janssen is not in his plans. Poch couldn't make it more clear unless he made his kit say "For Sale" on the back instead of his name in U23 matches.

I was being serious - I genuinely believe townsend is very high quality and poch getting rid over a tif was a huge mistake. With the right coaching and discipline he could have attained mega transfer value with us, not to mention we could desperately do with him now. I can't be alone in this...?

Surely if Poch has an argument with a player he has to let go of his own ego and resolve it in a diplomatic way rather than telling the player "you are not in my plans"

I don't think this was necessarily the reason for the potential fallout, but VJ didn't do himself any favours after turning down the Brighton loan move.

Perhaps that was when Pochettino decided he didn't have the right attitude?

Townsend is a decent player but honestly, below our level. He’s found his level at Palace but he’s still closer to flash in the pan there and isnt exactly flourishing. With Poch, you cant be a a once in 5+ game player which Townsend is.

And find me a player that we reget losing over a disagreement with Poch. Dont say Walker as he wanted to go for the money and titles.

Not even on the bench today. Hopefully some Premier League team gets desperate towards the end of the transfer window and will take him on loan for the second half of the season. Even if we still need to pay his salary, at least if he does well, we might be able to sell him in the summer.

He could certainly do a job for a team like Huddersfield, Cardiff or Brighton.
