Sissoko became a different player once he upped his conditioning and stamina, maybe Wanyama can do the same but it's too much risk with his injuries.

Somebody would be crazy to buy him, even a Championship team. His legs have gone.

I think the days of being able to sell your cast offs to a Tony Pulis or Allardyce team are long gone now. More progressive managers in now that want younger, fitter and more hungry players.

Doubt we will get any more than peanuts for him.

With Spam still in the PL and some dosh to spend, your never know.

It is a shame but he is finished at this level... the way he walks and runs it just isnt there... he was unreal for that first season and surpassed my expectations - he was colossal with Dembele...

It really is a shame that injuries have taken their toll on Wanyama credit to him for putting himself through the pain to play in the last few months

Felt for him today. The games are going on around him, and he just can't keep up. I hope he can return to something like his old form wherever, but fear that's not possible.

Stick a fork in him because he is done. People saying he needs to get his fitness back but to me he looks just as off the pace as he did when he first came back, worse if anything

Sad watching him as he was an absolute force his first season with us, but he has gone he way of Sandro and many before him

Be suicide if Poch starts him in the final

Agreed if Wanyama or dier are not 100% fit I would rather play Alli and or Eriksen deeper

Fair play to Big Vic though. He's run through walls for us in the last few weeks, and it clearly hasn't been easy going for him.

Sandro comparisons are apt. A force of nature cut down by serious injury. We can’t rely on him to be a part of the squad next season, he’s just not good enough at this level anymore.

A player like that who is totally reliant on his physicality is done when he loses it.

I was never a huge fan due to his technical limitations, but now he is horribly bad.

Must be moved on.

Didnt want him when he was at Southampton but he really surprised me how well he was for us but he is done now. Not sure how he would pass a medical

I had seen this on Hotspurs related was trying to find you a direct link on the guardian but gave up so glad you found it.

Think this would be fantastic of us. We have Dier and Skipp for those specific DM roles now. More minutes for Skippy

A real shame about big vic. He was sensational a short while and, whilst I refused to write him off last season, it seems his time is coming to an end at the club with all the other cm options.

Wherever he ends up, hope.he does well. Outside chance He will make.it back to first team but it looks unlikely.
