I always saw Sissoko as Dembélé's replacement due to the fact that Poche talks about them in a very similar way, particularly their ability to "transition".

Maybe he was, but we're still light in that position since Dembele left so Ndombele will be filling that hole.

Ooh, Stevie Wonder ITK. I wonder if he’s seen him play?

Double signing of Ndombele & Clarke?
Ebony & Ivory - the new blue and yellow.

And finally:

Ndombele’s lovely
Ndombele’s wonderful
We never thought we’d pay the fee
For the replacement of Dembele
But Ndombele is made for us.

Ah thank you, I’m running on a severe lack of sleep, feeling dazed and confused, you’ll have to forgive me.

Why’s my face being used for that? I’m far from calm at the moment ?

I got to be honest, I can't stand this 'relax people' attitude. People have a genuine reason to be a little apprehensive.

I like most people are pretty confident we'll get our man but you can't help but feel the longer this drags on the more worrying it becomes. We are consistently told that things can change at any time.

But this isn't unusual, we all know the good and bad of Levy and he won't change his principles. If it means players come in on deadline day and spend 6 weeks in a hotel growing a big beard so be it. I never bought the 'in before pre season'. That really won't be a factor in Levy's mind.

Fuck a duck

Not sure if you truly believe what you are writing, but no matter what, some people always put the blame on, and put down, Levy without knowing facts.

There is an owner at Lyon making lots of noise, ours just quietly gets on with business. Sometimes doesnt always work out, but that is life.

What Levy has helped us achieve thus far is unbelievable and we are just about to start the next stage of the journey with Poch orchestrating the troops.

And Levy like everyone else is a package deal, even if he is the terrible negotiator and strategist that some silly's make him out to be, the good he has done for the club far outweighs the bad.

I had a dream he scored a hat-trick for Lyon (in what I hoped was his last game) including 2 free kicks  & was worried the price will go up

You see what this shit is doing to me

Hold your fucking horses boyo.

I know exactly the point I'm making.

Read what I'm writing pal. I'm in no way taking away what Levy has achieved so please don't put words in my mouth.

Levy is not perfect and we ALL know this. He is what he is. He negotiates hard and that has its pluses and minuses.

My point was to say things are not done until we see Poch's arm over a signing Ndombele.

I’d say he’s pretty far from a terrible negotiator with the amount he’s saved us over the years. I suppose we may have missed out on some players because of him driving a hard bargain but he’s had to with our finances, stadium build etc.
