All evidence so far (we had the lowest wages to turnover ratio in the prem for years), and how levy has run this club for the last 18 years. Do you honestly think he would base our wage stucture on the need to qualify for the champions league?

He'll be reet. Last year he had a World Cup, the Asia Cup, Asian Games, and a demanding spell when Harry was out.
This year he's had a proper holiday and a nice pre-season. I'm willing to bet the whole squad is benefiting.

My prediction is Son is the top3 names running for POTY. The guy has had to play with the threat of losing his career to the army since he has been here. He then didn't get to process that being thrown right back in and had another tournament on top and then came back to save us. He's had a summer to drink it in and I get the feeling we're going to see an unchained fucking beast in Sonny.

I love this video, I love how it humanises footballers, Agree with this 100%. Internationals should be reduced, club teams should have a larger roster of players through out the season.

Why not, I honestly have no problem with it. I think it actually would make football a little better as I find at times it gets quite overwhelming and I fell a little burnt towards Christmas with the back to back games.

I know it's tradition but personally I hate football during the Christmas period. Would rather fans and players have a few days off focusing on everything else going on at that time.

It seems less important IMO at that time, it's something like 3 games in 10 days no need just take the break.

The premier league has a winter break starting this season. Every club will take a ten day break after matchday 26

Dunno why they don't do different covers for different regions. Not that much extra cost. Son asia, messi s america, and hazard for europe as an example. They do the writing in different languages anyway.
