According to f365 twitter account, United have approached his agent. Looks like they’re just reporting something Duncan Castles has said on a podcast, mind.

I saw something interesting about Steven the other day. He was a starter on the u17 England team that won the World Cup in 2017 alongside Jadon Sancho, Phil Foden, Hudson-Odoi, Rhian Brewster, and Spurs own TJ Eyoma and Tashan Oakley-Boothe. Definitely not just a throw in player.

I'm sorry to post this here but I didn't want to clog up the ITK thread.

But has there been any update on the "well under-21" that was bounded about a week or two back? Not seen any links, apart from this, that link us to a player that, at a guess, would be 16-18.

Saliba was one, not sure how we didn't achieve that ... The other is clearly the young Velez Sarsfield attacking mid (dubbed the new Messi, but they always are), he is signing for City by the looks of things.

Two more bite the dust.

It's okay though, voicing concern is 'bed wetting' ...

Can’t be, according to SC we’re never signing a player again
When information is starting to contradict itself and silence has fallen over a lot of the transfer activity at the pointy end of the window I think is fair that people become sceptical considering the utter shambles of last years window.
