I don't think this will be easy, as I get the feeling that he'd rather stay and fight for his place then go to a mid table team.

Tell him he's not getting many games. If he wants to play and he can get a good salary offer, he'll go.

with this and the VJ news, today feels like when you have a whole heap of players for sale in ur career mode, that no one wants.

then you sim forward a day and get offers for all of them.

I dont see how we can sell him without another midfielder lined up. Whatever your opinion of him he is a warm body that will play in the midfield.

I genuinely would not be surprised if we bought a CM and then still loaned or sold Sissoko after the window closes and he featured this weekend.

We have no idea if Sissoko will even be fit for Newcastle. He and Lamela missed the Milan game through injury and didn't travel to Girona.

I think we'll shift him regardless if the deal is good enough, he's pretty much the key into opening up more than one non-HG squad place.

I'm willing to be corrected on this but I think we have to name our squad on Friday so if Sissoko is in it and eligible for Saturday then we can't replace him in the squad till January.

Wouldn’t date. If your wife is anything like mine, she’ll find a way to twist the positives into negatives before I’ve started. Just this morning my helpful suggestion became a row after she turned it into patronising bossiness.

Congrats on tying the knot last week mate. Good to see your starting the marriage off on the right foot ;)

Sissoko not in the Green Screen Day video that the OS just posted....neither was VJ, KWP, JF, VW, MD, FL (all players who are either injured or rumoured to be leaving....)

He’s an AM by trade but Poch shoe horned him into CM a bunch of times.

In that case, if I was as good at my 'trade' as Sissoko is at his, an awful lot of people would have been electrocuted throughout my career.

Rather Winks, Onomah, Amos played some more minutes for us than ever seeing Sissoko play another minute in a Spurs shirt. Dreadful footballer, doesn't suit us at all.

I wish him luck though, he seems a decent lad with a decent workrate.

Not sure we're selling if we can't get a replacement though.

If no-one comes in then he'll be thinking he'll get lots of games here.
With Wanyama, Dembele and Wink's ongoing injury concerns, plus the WC returnies being a bit tired and more injury prone, he has a lot of responsibility on his shoulders this season.
