I don't think for a second that anyone around here thought it would be impossible to upgrade him. But thanking him for his time here, and the way he conducted himself, and wishing him the best for the future is hardly 'sucking his dick'. Actually a pretty good player, who just happened to have a very poor season. He wasn't alone last year.
Actually a pretty poor player who just happened to not have the safety of Poch’s and/or Southgate’s tactics to hide how bad a defender he is. The only defender I’ve ever seen whose worst aspect is his literal job ??

I for one wish him luck - and actually i commend him for going abroad and hope it's a really good move for him.
Technically he should get better and that can only be good for his England career.

He's definitely not an 'awful' player as some suggest. He went from being a decent prospect, to being our first choice RB, became a regular in the national side and even became a bit of a free-kick specialist :)

Did he regress a bit last season - Yes! But he always gave it his all.

Personally i think Foyth could be an option - he seems really level headed and quite intelligent. Never know what Poch could turn him into.

A trio to choose from in Foyth, Aurier and Sess certainly isn't the worst thing in the world :)

Your name is apt!

I trust the opinions of Poch and Simeone over yours.

Thanks Trips.

Great move for you.

Best of luck

Agree. I'm convinced that poch sees foyth as our rb. He is great on the ball, quick and tenacious. Was fantastic against city. He'll only get better with games and experience.

Losing trips certainly doesn't weaken us imo.

Great move for him though. Always played with pride and passion.

Good luck.

@Paolo10 My thoughts are with you during this difficult time, mate;)

All kidding aside. Tripps was a good player for us until last season where it all turned to shit. Selling him was the right move.

Awful awful player. Good riddance. Unlike the some of you, just because a player leaves doesn’t mean I have to suck their dick. Let’s not all pretend we weren’t praying he would go this summer.

Alright just don't cry when a player you actually like gives zero fucks about leaving and forces a move.

Gutted to see him go. He, like all the other England players performed poorly this season but I fancied him to come good again this year.
All the best to the lad and I hope he makes his mark in Spain.
Looks like Foyth will be our first choice RB with pressure from KWP and Aurier (if he isnt sold)

The only DICK here is you. Like all players he had good and bad days but played some excellent games and his crossing and free kicks could be winners. Remember he was England's best player at the World Cup. I wasn't praying he would leave I just hope we get someone in to replace him as I think what we have is not good enough.

I think you’ll find Lamela is still with us. After he leaves, Dele will take the reigns as the scapegoat. SC’s been laying that seed over the last year.

Coco doesn’t play enough to be the scapegoat. His position as the “as soon as that player comes back we will slaughter people” guy is assured for the time being.

Why are people getting all personal and lobbing kiddie insults at each other? He’s off, is done. What can you possibly find to argue about. Fuck me.

Hey I’m just the only one here who’s not pretending that we lost Walker again. Should be having a celebration tbh now we can have a real fullback on the right again and not some poser

I’m not even crying now. Why cry? The club just shipped out its worst player. It’s all you lot crying like you weren’t celebrating last night ??

I didn't say you was crying now, I'm saying you can't be upset in the future when a player doesn't show any respect to us when you're not willing to the other way.
