Maybe it shows that it is not the individuals that are a problem but the blend of good players that makes the team?

Frustrating that we see so many go off and win things away from Spurs.
Maybe it shows that the problem is having a manager who can't coach a team to be more than the sum of its parts?

I honestly feel we have a cultural at our club that allows ridicule an acceptance for failure... Its OK as long as we get European football and play good football. At lot of this comes from the leadership at the top.

And you blame Trippier for this?

We lack a vision, a plan an ethos!

We had a good plan, buy up Promising young English talent compliment it with our youth academy Spurs developed young players in to stars.

Buy good value players!

We have to accept who We are where we are in the food chain and be more clever then the rest! Sadly we have become ineffective in the transfer market, we have neglected youth development!

The club has forgotten the ethos Of the club! Play attacking attractive football Spurs are here to entertain! Mason understands it so why doesn’t levy ?

Buy cheap develope and sell on for a huge profit and have a plan in place to replace and strengthen the squad!

Liverpool and Leicester have shown the way! They have stolen our model and improved it!

I think we could be heading for a tough few years till there is a clear strategy and well thought out plan!

We should have sold, Rose, Dier ect at there peak and replaced / strengthen the squad I know hindsight is wonderful but levy needs to stop chasing star players and managers build a team! It’s going to Take a few years but we would be better to play to a plan than this shit show!

Why is there no structure!!
Also look at our managers, we need a style snd choose managers based on how we want to play.
Santini - defensive
Jol - attacking
Ramos - not sure what he was tbf
Rednap - attacking
Avb - side wise
Sherwood - attacking
Poch - attacking
Jose - ultra defensive
Mason - attacking

We have been linked with managers who are defensive, attaching, short term, long term ect there is no plan!

Levy likes a defensive manager, yet when his sacked his defensive manager his left with an attacking manager who understands Spurs Ethos! Jol, sherwood, mason like them or loath them played more Spurs then the previous manager hired by levy!
