As @dontcallme says above, he's only played 27 senior games of football due to injuries but he was highly thought of as a youngster.
I don't really think that anyone has seen enough of him to say that "Millwall is his level" with such conviction.

It's as bad as someone who said "Skipp is Sunday league level at best" not that long ago.
It's just nonsense.
He can’t have been that highly thought of because his contract was almost up when he went on the pre season tour a few years ago and played so well they thought they should sign him up again.
If he had played badly he would have been released.

And I doubt he would have been on the tour if others such as Eyoma hadn’t been injured. But he marked Cristiano Ronaldo off the pitch.

it’s actually a great example of how you don’t know what you’ve got until you give a player a chance to show you. And of how getting - and missing - chances can change a player’s entire trajectory.

I think my memory serves me right when I say Tangangas best showings for us were at RB? I know he's naturally a CB but he put in some really stand out performances at RB, was surprising at the time because he had some good acceleration and power to take on his man even though being a natural centre back. Not sure those who remember, but reminded me of that time we played Kaboul at RB for a stint, infact I think it was Kabouls driving run on the right and cross that Crouchy scored for the famous 4th place win away against City?

Pleased for him. Has struggled to get games over last few years. Maybe found his home.
Absolutely.

He was given a chance by Jose and early signs were positive. But injuries when he was just starting out at Prem level killed any momentum.

Whether he ends up as a Championship player or makes it to the Prem I hope he can stay injury free and just enjoy his career.
