Dele likes his crazy golf...
My daughter's form tutor played a round with him and his family in MK on Sunday!!
Apparently his was trying to look inconspicuous, but as she's a Spurs fan she soon realised who he was.

Dele Alli on Pochettino: "All the players know his door is always open to chat with him ... he makes you want to fight for him"

Manchester coming in for Dele according to the back pages tomorrow and Talksport (Andy and Cundy), big discussion going on. I think we have to accept that the media instead of embracing our accomplishments in terms of growth, they would rather see us rise then fall. Pissing me off

Something we're gonna have to get used to.

It's all based off quotes xavi gave saying that dele is the best English player so would be the kind of player Guardiola would like. There's nothing in his quotes to say he's going to sign him, it's all sensationalist headline bullshit!

“At the moment the best English player there is and also one of the best in Europe is Dele Alli.

“We are looking at a very special player.

“Technically he is the sort of player that Pep likes, the sort of player that suits the style of game that Pep likes his teams to play.

“I am sure it is not going to be a player that Tottenham will want to let go, but we know Manchester City have big resources.”

Yes, unfortunately we're going to have to get used to this bullshit. Although it's another reason why we need to start winning things sooner rather than later.

English media have basically translated that as a done deal.

I much preferred what Clive Allen just said on Talksport, Tottenham need to keep all our players and add to them additions like Mbappe at Monaco

Bit early for Clive to be drinking isn't it?

Perhaps when building the training complex Levy also planted a secret orchard of money tree's somewhere that no one knows about?

If not we can start chalking names like Mbappe off the wish list now.

Haha to be fair to Brazil and Quinn they shut him down quickly on that, however to be fair Brazil especially said he couldn't see Alli going there, and both agreed it wasn't the time for him to leave...

Personally I'm not too concerned on this one, I think Levy will do everything to keep him, he's playing in a very good side where he has a great understanding with team mates (Kane, Eriksen, Dier especially) and a great manager. We have scope to reward him with another pay rise this summer too, albeit not at City levels. His career trajectory at Spurs can lead him to greater things than Man City though, and right now City are no more of a lock for success than we are.

What worries me most is how we spend the money if we ever did sell. Alright saying well we got 100 mill for him. Don't trust those that buy the players

It'd be so typical of City to go for Alli (a luxury ((in terms of price and position)) they don't need) over Walker, Dier or Rose, players they desperately need.

The club is so stupid. City's forward line should be set. De Bruyne, Sane, Sterling, Silva, Jesus and Aguero are a fantastic blend of pace, guile and goals.

They need full backs, a cb, a holding midfielder, a goalkeeper worthy of the name.

If Pep desperately wants British players, I think he'd be an idiot not to try for Walker, Rose and Dier although I would obviously hope/expect Levy to tell them to f - off.

We've been very blessed over the last couple of seasons with our full backs. They can defend and attack in almost equally high standard. Lets not forget all the years we struggled to get this sorted. It's a huge position in football nowadays. We MUST keep them.

Gotta sell those papers and keep those clicks coming.

If you want the alternative paper round up read the guy who does the paper round up on Eurosport - Hot Football Transfer Gossip, ruddy hilarious. It's purely comic relief.

As soon as we lost the semi final, the journos were out in force writing stories about our players being off. Walker, Toby, Dier and Alli all off since Saturday. LOL.
