So we're heading into a brand new shiny stadium, entering a new era and all we are hearing is that our best players are potentially away this summer, i'll be seriously fucked off surely Levy needs to be keeping the stars of the side and adding to it especially if he wants to see a full stadium, fuckin doom and gloom we're never allowed to be happy fs.

Rant over hopefully the Erisken stuff is complete wank, we're in serious bother if he goes along with the likes of Toby and Rose.

We need to become little bit rentless this summer I think. Ship out according to Poch's wishes not players'. And Levy to support that. Luckily, we are not in bad contract position with our players (except Toby) as Arsenal was/is with Alexis, Ozil, Wishere etc.

So hold on for another season, but then we must agree that this season will be make-or-break. But it would be an interesting and joyful season we all have been waiting for.

Eriksen is a smart guy. And our best player.

I'm confident by the end of summer we'll be in good shape, & he'll be happy with our direction.

Can see him dropping deeper beside Wanyama next season as we adopt a more City-esque formation.

Is there a reason these player threads have been moved to the transfer forum? What if we want to discuss Eriksen/ Alderweireld/ Dembele etc but not with respect to transfers?

This is the season he became the complete player for me, I used to say if he wasn’t scoring or assisting he wasn’t doing much else ie lazy player, but this season he was a grafter as well, getting stuck in and it’s taken his game to the next level, now he’s good enough for Barcelona so we better hold on... would give him or Vertonghen player of season

Yep. I think there's another gear to go with Eriksen.

Been mightily impressive this season.

Eriksen has become a real leader this season. Absolute class act, works his socks off (even today) and tries to take each game by the scruff of the neck.

Vital we keep him for next season and pay him well.

Add another creative spark in the middle to help him and we'll be quite the team!

Indeed. That's what has impressed me the most with Eriksen this season. He has been very vocal on the pitch and a lot of times you can see him pointing where he wants his team mates to pass the ball. He doesn't strike me as the kind of player who's a "born leader" but I guess the role he has in the danish national team and for us has gotten the best out of him in that regard as well.

It's pivotal that we keep him. Eriksen and Kane are the brain and the heart of this team, similar to Pirlo and Gattuso in AC Milan.
