Actually looks great for a company's retreat. Hopefully it will be well maintained.

I’m pretty sure it was mentioned in regard to NFL. I think there’s extra rooms in the actual farmhouse and old stables if you read blurb. Possibly some rooms double up as well. Be very surprised if one NFL team doesn’t stay there.

Looks like a 5 star centre Parcs designed around football.
Gives off an informal vibe coupled with top class facilities so I can imagine it being very popular.
I can even imagine the northern teams booking up for a couple of nights before playing the London clubs.

I'm still baffled by people's lack of faith in Levy. I've been BsoDL for a long time but when you see the training ground, the lodge, the new stadium, top four etc, how much more does he need to deliver?

And before you reply with the inevitable 'trophy' comments just remember, he's not finished yet.

When it comes to land and development, Levy knows his onions. Very classy stuff, both stylistically but also functionally.

With both the stadium and training ground, you can’t imagine that there is something people would want (fans, teams, business people) that we haven’t got

Can’t see we’d let other PL teams use it. Why would we give them any sort of advantage. I think it will be NFL England other international teams and other top european teams. Saying that there’s no reason why other field based teams couldn’t stay there as well like Rugby etc.

Chelsea v newcastle? Newcastle get a draw we win the league? I'd change their sheets and fluff their pillows myself.

If these teams are coming down anyway, renting hotels and football facilities then why not?
I don't see these facilities as giving any great advantage to teams coming to play Arsenal, Chelsea, Palace etc.

I would think Levy would want to maximise our income so will whore it out to anyone willing to pay.
I assume we'll use it ourselves before home games so it will be interesting to see If it does deliver an advantage.

Careful, that's an ITK ban for the entire summer if you're not careful! :sneaky:

So say they come down Friday for a game on Saturday. We are playing on the Sunday and still training on Friday Saturday. You really think Poch will want Benitez hanging around checking on his team shapes. Also this will probably well actually almost definitely be the best accommodation/ training facility in London area. Imo would definitely give a team a bit of an advantage as opposed to just staying in a hotel.
