Weird in that they had a day at Arsenal then move to spurs. Considering it’s a pretty big game doesn’t seem the most thought out preparation.
Ah, sorry I didn't realise you were talking about someone I thought you meant it was weird at the Spurs now for some reason, my mistake.

A behind the scenes view of Inter Milan's Legends trip to North London including the new accommodation block as well as the new stadium.

One of the ladies did a video wishing us luck. Said they will be watching the game in football heaven. Think she’s impressed.

Shame how we've seen more content on this from Inter Milan and US Soccer than THFC. Looks utterly incredible.

I don't doubt that we are PRing it all over the world just not to the likes of us because, not to put too fine a point on it, we ain't going to pay a small fortune to hire the facilities.:)

content, content, content. We need to up our game massively on social followers and having unique, high class content would only increase that engagement. We can't sign high value commercial deals without the social following to boot.

Whatever we are charging other clubs and FAs to use it, we should double it. Must be streets ahead of what other clubs now have. They’ll be having to step up
I am going to play Devil's advocate here. Do we know how this compares to others? I heard for instance that Man City's is the best in Europe, while others like Everton and Arsenal are following suit

I don’t think anyone else has that boutique hotel feel. City living quarters is very functional from what I’ve seen and St. George’s Park. None of them have this feel to them. Leicester are just building a new training facility that will be pretty epic.

Yeah but it's in Manchester.

surprised Levy doesn't rent the rooms out to the public ( like UniversityRooms ) or maybe he does

Not sure there'd be much demand would there? I think the whole selling point is that you've got all the great training facilities on the doorstep, so it's great for a sports team to use as a training base, but I don't see why individual tourists etc would particularly want to stay there. It's not really convenient for visiting central London.

It’s just not really financially important is it. I don’t think it was really built to make money. I doubt they charge much more than a decent hotel. So in reality it’s a drop in the ocean. I think it’s value is much more in player welfare, attracting players that may stay on international duty and just generally good PR and building relations with other European clubs and associations.
