Where are the murmurings?

Just going off Dov's post from SIMB (i know, take a lot of salt) and Alasdair Gold has had his finger on the pulse with this transfer, and is indicating we're still interested if the cards full in our favour, which isn't in the least bit surprising but still.

Can see it now, PSG end up with both of our last minute super targets (Dybala and Coutinho) after selling Neymar. Such a shame things didn't work out for us. I'll forever hate the term 'Image Rights'!

Seems PSG are looking at coutinho, rakitic and semedo plus cash for neymar from Barcelona. He’s not worth that is he?

We want it to drag on as long as possible. I’d be concerned Barcelona would look at Eriksen as a rakitic replacement in January or next summer if he were part of the deal.

I don’t think they will go for dybala. They seem to prefer coutinho if reports are to be believed and we have made it clear to dybala we still want him and will work on this image rights problem.

Don’t forget we can still do the transfer before January, we just can register him or play him until then. He can remain a jive player or even go on loan for them before then and join us in January (as long as he doesn’t play for two teams before joining us of course).

Seemed professional enough at Dortmund under a manager who could actually manage his players. No doubt Poch would reign him in.

He was there for one season and when Barcelona showed interest he refused to train. Very professional.

We wanted Juve to pick up some of his wages and image rights so I don't think this will be a goer for us, I think were still just a little way off making a signing like this.

I hope you are right, but I suspect they will end up going for Dybala still. £65m is a bargain price considering the name power of the player. Getting Coutinho and Dybala is the perfect way for PSG to cover the loss of Neymar. Cavani is being rumoured to leave for Inter Miami so is entering his last season. Di Maria isn't getting younger either. Makes sense to renew the attack.

If they somehow get all 3 of those players in the Neymar deal then wages/FFP may rule them out of Dybala, if so maybe we'll have a chance. I'm not getting my hopes up though, I think someone will get him at such a low price, either PSG or maybe Bayern (no doubt on some ridiculous loan to buy or something).

Image rights, Agents Fees and Signing On Fee, speculating could be 20M+ combined on top of the Transfer, So I just don't see how we're go to do this.

I’d like to believe because of the Argentinian connection that this could still be a goer in Jan but really it all depends on Juventus.

Cannot see Dybala moving to PSg simply because of his own career. Yes he may not play CL until Christmas (transfer) but I cannot see him thinking PSG is a step in the right direction, unless its just money. Think the Poch attraction may well get him to us, we have a few months to sort out the image rights.

Money trumps everything. Neymar left Barca to go there, Dybala would certainly leave a club where he is not wanted to go there.

Dybala liked this tweet, interpret it how you like

Translation: Dybala in Juventus in the 4 years: 172 games, 78 goals (23, 19, 26, 10) from second striker, he scored even more than the centre forward. Allegri pulls him away from the door, Ronaldo scores 28 goals. Is Ronaldo almost 35 and after? Lets keep Paulo!

He obviously feels that he's being treated very unfairly, and he probably doesn't deserve to be so blatantly forced out of the club. But it's clear that Sarri doesn't want him there, so he can either stick around and try to outlast the manager (the Gareth Bale strategy) or he has to move elsewhere.

I don't think its Sarri that's forcing him out, Juve completely changed their approach when they bought Ronaldo, they've brought this on themselves.

I hope, like Eriksen, he now has his heart set on one specific club (us) and is prepared to wait until January/ Summer for us to deal again.

This could all come to nothing of course, if we can’t resolve the image rights issue.

Does anyone have any professional expertise in this area?
Is this a precedent?
Would it be too complicated to resolve etc?
