A lot of posts pointing fingers at individuals, and that is just the natural reaction - to find the scapegoat, but to be honest, everyone has to take responsibility.

Levy - Has made Tottenham a profitable business and has made the club very attractive and lucrative. He clearly wants the club to go forward and has injected a lot of money into players. However his business acumen has led to us being short of options up front.

Commoli - Has definitely signed players who have been poor, but lets not forget the players that have made an impact. Should have identified more suitable players before the end of the transfer window.

Ramos - Won us a cup and hada good track record at Seville and at other clubs. Since then, team performances have been poor, formations muddled, and players confused. However he has been dealt these cards by the higher management (in terms of personnel).

Poyet - Has played for Tottenham and has been part of a successful managerial partnership with Dennis Wise. I wonder how much influence he exerts on the team with Ramos at the helm? Is he able to question tactics, team selections, rotation etc. Surely he can see the issues with the team, and discuss these with Ramos?

The Players - Good individuals who are capable of achieving good standards, however as a team are still not gelling. Individuals are not taking responsiblity on the field.

Maybe this makes sense, maybe I could have elaborated more, but I guess what I am trying to highlight, is that no individual is blame free. I think as a collective unit the club has issues. Will sacking individuals help? I don't know - I am at a loss as to what the best solution is..........
