As a One Hotspur member (not +) I don't stand a chance any more. Only 35% of the tickets available on the 2nd day of sales makes it almost pointless to try as there'll still be Plus members trying as well. I won't be renewing next year and have been a member for nearly 20 years!

I'll just have to try on the ticket exchange :(
Would you not consider upgrade to Hotspur +?
I think it was only an extra £5 and , for people who want to go to games, would have thought it was something that everyone would do for the extra window.

Still complaints about queueing system looks like it's going to be a problem until new system is implemented later this year...

"We are also well aware that many supporters are frustrated with the current online queuing system and our ticketing partner, Ticketmaster, plans to have improvements in place later this year. We are working closely with them to bring these improvements in as early as possible."

Managed to get 12 tickets in total across the 3 games this morning (5 for each of the Saturday games [Villa & Palace] & 2 for the Sunday game [Newcastle]) I had 6 different browsers open across 4 different IP addresses, opening each browser at 10 minute intervals from just after 9. Got onto site about 10:15. Best part of £600 dropped in one go! :X3:

I’m a hotspur + and I’ve not been able to get a ticket for a single competitive game at the stadium even though I’ve tried for all except Huddersfield.

No offence mate, but you are obviously not trying very hard or you are going about it the wrong way
Yes the system sucks and you will struggle to get tickets on the day they go on sale, but unless you are dead set on a certain location or trying to sit in a group you should be able to pick one up on the exchange. Tickets have come up for all the games and it’s just a case of keeping a look out. Admittedly it can be only a few Fay’s before the game and not everyone is able to leave plans so late if you are travelling a long way, but I reckon you could pretty much guarantee getting one on the exchange for all but the top games.

I’ve been on waiting when they go on sale and like today I got through just before 12 with one seat left. Buying over the exchange Hasn’t been possible as I would have to pay an adult price for a kid tickets and can’t necessarily get 3 together. I know some will say just pay it if you want to go but not everyone is that that flush with a young family.

But that is a pretty big ask at anytime, 3 together with one a concession, you really will struggle to get that. I go as a group, but apart from one game, we’ve all had to sit separately, unfortunately it’s the price of success and will probably be like it for some time to come.
Having said that, if you are lucky enough to get on early, there were plenty more groups of tickets available now than there were for the games at the end of last season so you might be lucky.

I can’t really sit in an another block or part of the ground as I don’t think it’ll be deemed as good parenting ? and it kind of defeats the object as going as a family with kids...

But yes it’s how the game has changed and we have changed as a club.

I live in the US but plan on going to a game this year - I haven’t been One Hotspur in a few years, does it make sense to get it this year? Does One Hotspur + help someone like me who will want 2 tickets for 1 match this year? Looking for help/suggestions.

To get two tickets means having to have two Hotspur + memberships and then you would have to take your chances in the queue with everyone else approx 100,000 plus members which doesn't guarantee you getting tickets . Best bet is probably to choose a category C game to attend and wait for the ticket exchange when season ticket holders who can't or don't want to attend put their tickets up for sale you normally get quite a few seats with two or more together available . Last season you still needed to be a member to use ticket exchange don't know if that will be the case this season . Trying to get tickets for a top game , Chelsea, Liverpool etc will be very difficult, of course depending on your financial situation there are always premium seats which would be much easier to get especially for the lesser games and as far as I know no need for membership.

Regarding the ticket exchange: When's the best time to try a grab a couple of tickets off that? Do they all just come up sporadically or is there more in the last week before the game etc.?

Also on the exchange, you have to be a member to use it, but can you still only buy 1 ticket per member, or could I buy 2 tickets on the exchange with one membership?

One ticket per membership, once the exchange is open tickets appear sporadically as and when a ST holder decides to list their ticket so it could be anytime.

PS For less attractive fixtures ticket exchange could go to general sale

"The Club will monitor availability on Ticket Exchange for all matches and reserve the right to open up sales to non-members for selected fixtures throughout the season. "

That was true last season, but now they've changed it so that a ST holder can list their seat any time to become available whenever it opens. So after this initial three I suspect there'll normally be at least a couple of hundred if not more available immediacy - so if you keep on top of the announcements and get in quickly you have a better chance.

I was in nice and early in the system, logged in on the eticketing system. At around 9am it logged me out and started the donut system queue. I've been in it ever since and I'm sure I'm fucked now as I want two tickets.

Very odd this morning. Got in about 10:05 but couldn’t find the 3 games supposedly on sale. Ended up logging out and going back in via the onsale dates link. Got straight in twice across two different devices. Then couldn’t get the map to load on two different devices so had to just take a punt on two tickets for the game I wanted in block 248. Not where I wanted but better than nothing.

But yeah if you’re queuing try the onsale dates link and you might get straight in.

Anyone one who can't get in for tickets today expect a load of tickets will become available on ticket exchange when it opens for the Villa game , August is the holiday season plenty of people will be away main downside though is I think tickets can only be purchased at adult price on TE.
