Eriksen wants to leave to join his dream club RM/Barca (no one knows for sure) it's not wage related

Toby is totally different, and going by what JJ said in the wish list not that long ago (last 2-3 months), Poch feels very let down with what Toby did and so badly that if Toby stays (signs a new contract) Poch will walk. whether deep down they have made up no one knows
Well to be fair to Eriksen if either of those 2 come knocking its hard to say no but will/have they?
Guess nobody knows really about how Poch would feel if Toby said he wants to stay. I'm sure Poch wouldnt cut his nose off to spite his face.
We'll see.
I live in hope.
Christ I'm optimistic. Wtf has happened to this club lol?

The ITK on Eriksen was one club not either or but that said if we assume it is Real Madrid I'd guess he wouldn't be the only one of our players who'd take an interest if they came sniffing.
I wouldn't be at all surprised if the stadium has given the players a more optimistic outlook and a revolutionary active transfer window may cement that view, let's hope so.

Anyone got any idea why I'm getting the doughnut of death when trying to buy my Ajax ticket this evening? It seems a very random time for it to be appearing.

Ah what a shame. Poor F&B.
Seriously mate wtf?
Any business with money trobles doesnt mean you can treat customers like idiots and mug them off.
If they cant afford the rent then move.
People want to pay the going rate for everything. A small increase for quality maybe.
You cant stick a 300% increase on a can of coke and expect that to be acceptable when you're located next to a shop that sells the same product for fk all.
Same as a car showroom cant go sticking an extra £3k on a car because 'well our rates are high and our staff are paid good money.' Oh ok mate sorry I didnt realise your plight. Have an extra 3k. Hope it all works out
Thats not how it works, not everyone expects the going rate for something. And not everyone has a problem with someone marking up a product higher.

Not everyone feels the same way about pricing as you do, your assuming we all have a problem with the pricing structure, we don't.

I would always be willing to pay a premium for better, service, surroundings etc.

Not everyone wants a champagne liefestyle on a lemonade budget

It would be like going into a Merc garage and expecting Ford prices.

You know where you were and how much you would be paying, like it, lump it. or go somewhere else that fits your budgetary criteria.

Not the thread for it I know... But If it is Poch's stance he would be cutting his nose off to spite his face.

I get we must trust in Poch but I would question such a stance. I see nothing but passion and a team player in Toby.

Imagine him here for 3-4more years helping develop our future leaders.

2-3 month old, 3rd hand information (3rd hand unless jj gets his itk from poch), while they are spending almost every day working with each other is not the reliable. Sure something happened and poch was pissed. Not sure that toby will stay. But to say now he's off or poch walks may be stretching it as things might have changed. But what do i know?

if you had been kind of stabbed in the back by someone who bent over backwards to help you, would you fully trust that person again?

not being funny but if we hadn't had so many injuries, and had sold 2 or 3 last summer to make room for a CD signing. I doubt Toby would of seen as much action.

anyway as you say wrong thread, and sadly I doubt we will ever hear the full story even when Toby goes

It's quite awkward to stab someone in the back when they are bending over backwards.

We have way more than 3 million fans worldwide. I’d guesstimate we have a million in London alone. But obviously there’s a big difference between asking someone their favourite team and someone being a real supporter. But it doesn’t take much to press a button on twitter. Remember we currently have 225k fans who are paying at least £50 a season. Don’t think it’s too much of a stretch to find another 750k in London who’s say their favourite team was spurs.

Not many of those 225k are willing to spend £50 on a ticket for tonight.

You wouldn't believe (unless you've seen it) how many whiners there are on FB and Twitter moaning they can't get a ticket - even though they're not members.

They won't cough up £50 a year to queue jump, but they would spend £75 on a cat A game.
Boils my piss. If you're that desperate to go, you pay. Spurs know it. The rest of us know it. But these people won't pay it and still moan and claim they're massive fans who desperately want to go.

I think some of them wanted to join, but either a) were pissed off that the membership was for the season rather than 12 months so they'd have to renew it already after a few weeks or b) left it too late as you're now not allowed to buy membership for this season.

Will be thousands of empty seats tonight.

Fuck ‘em. They aren’t massive fans are they. £50 a year isn’t even 14p a day!

As the THST have mentioned, one of the issues is that this game has been listed as a Category B game. So many of the tickets available will be much higher than £50.

I was hoping to sell mine as I’m really strapped for cash before pay day, but no-one is having them at 75 quid a pop. Which I don’t blame them tbh.

Those numbers are crazy but I always wonder what it means. It doesn’t mean they have 31 million fans. We definitely don’t have 3 million.

Advertisers probably don't care whether each and every one of them is a fan or not. If 31m people follow Real Madrid on Twitter then if Real Madrid post something about e.g. Adidas, it gets sent to 31m people's newsfeeds/timelines (whatever it's called) i.e. the Adidas brand gets shown to 31m people. Whether or not all 31m of them go to games week in week out is mostly irrelevant in this context.

If they were so desperate to go to the new stadium then they should have done their membership before the season even started.

Will be thousands of empty seats tonight.

Which could be avoided if these so called desperate fans joined before the season started.
It's also because a lot of people won't sit on their own at a football match so single seats pretty much always go unsold.

Is there a place for people to store bags, if they're over A4 size?

Yes, there's an area behind the south stand. I would get there early. I'm not basing that on experience mind you. I've just seen it and the area will be busy by 7

Also I read there are no concessions on TE so anyone wanting to take kids won’t want to pay adult price for them
