I said after Palace I wasn’t sure yet and it’ll take some time to get used to...

I’m sure now and Fvck me what a way to settle in!!!

At times it was incredible tonight. Fair fucks to everyone there tonight. I 100% believe we made the difference in that game!

This has been the case for years now. We have a tendency to remember whl as a cauldron of noise but it rarely was. Always been park lane and the shelf making 90% of the noise.

I think the transport situation will be much better at weekends, people will stick around more, be it in the stadium or numerous pubs near by. The problem with Wembley want just the waiting but how little options fans had to stick around!
Ignore anything in my previous post, I was there again tonight and all anyone needs to know is we have quite simply the best football stadium in the world it’s perfect in every way, absolutely hats off to Levy and all involved as it is just spectacular and incredible, the atmosphere and feel was like nothing I’ve witnessed before in football WHAT A NIGHT, WHAT A STADIUM. COYS :)

Okay, what is going on with the grass though. Was coming up in chunks tonight and players were slipping everywhere.

I didn't think the grass and hybrid system was new, just the sliding part. The grass should have set in, it's been there since October.

I thought the slipping was very minor tonight

There was a bit of slipping and on TV you could see parts of the pitch chopping up. Mind, a slippery pitch could actually become something of a home advantage were it to be a permanent issue.

However, I think it's partly down to the fact that some fans are a bit more conscious of these things being a new stadium and all and also that it's a common problem with new pitches. When Wembley first opened there were all kinds of problems the pitch was terrible. Now it's much more settled.

I am a bit worried how the pitch will hold when it's put away for other events and how smoothly that will work but it's nothing to worry about.

Hugo, Moussa and Son said the crowd pushed them on, don't think we would have won that if it was at Wembley.

Great night!
Weirdly, behind me (north west level 5), there were SIX empty seats....an old fat guy rolled up ten minutes late in one of them, moaned his arse off about standing up ('i don't need to stand up to show I hate arsenal, I've been having them since 1951'), then halfway through first half said he'd had enough and fucked off. The six seats remained unfilled. Weird.

Im with him on that one, I’d rather we sing about Spurs and our own players than waste time and effort singing about that puddle of piss over the road

There were about four empty seats right in front of me in level 5 upper just behind the goal. Seems weird to me on such a big night.

It is a pain climbing the 100 stairs to the seat but last night I was able to get the lift up and it made a lot of difference

So glad Levy was OCD with the stadium details, especially the acoustics.

We can make our gaff a fortress now; a wake-up call for opposition fans who have forgotten that we haven't had a 'home' for almost 2 seasons.

Would love to do another season unbeaten at home, like the final season at WHL.

COYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What an amazing night, probably one of the best atmospheres at a game I’ve been to!

We had a slight issue with standing in the east upper. There is a row of lads that stand up after almost break into the opponents half, then spend another 20 secs standing after the play finishes before sitting down. Even though all the rows in front of them are down already. I thought the general rule of thumb was if the rows in front of you are seated, you sit down...

It’s not a massive issue for me, but we have a little kid next to us and he couldn’t see the majority of attacks and had to watch key moments like the penalty via the TV screen.

I didn’t want to grass to the stewards as you don’t want to get off on the wrong foot with people you will be sitting around for most games. Hopefully the stewards will actually do something if it persists next game.

Does anyone know if there’s plans for any of the home games to do something similar again, looked class

I really hope so, looked great. I have always loved the tifos from European football.

Don’t think we should have one there every game, but certainly on the big occasions like last night.

Anyone use seven sisters last night?

What was it like, I went to Tottenham Hale and got on a tube straight away.

Regarding the standing, the blocks are too big for stewards to tell people in the middle of them to sit down. I’m in the middle of 257 and there’s no way. A steward can get to us there to tell us to sit.
