Sorry if this has been covered already. I’m sure it has but there’s a lot of posts lately! Will we be able to watch the test events online anywhere? I assume it’s not on telly.

Very unlikely , expect there will be cameras there for testing the positions etc. but no live broadcast , there is some inferior competition going on called EURO qualifiers so Sky are showing that.

We'll see in another 10 years time. They only started in 2011.

The very fact that Heineken invested a multimillion pound deal to take a small holding in this company shows there is certainly longevity in this brand and also the ‘craft beer’ market. Standard beer volumes are in the decline and like other food and drink industries consumers are demanading more innovative products and flavours.

Do you know how many stakes heiniken has in other beers? I remember when they bought beer laos (from laos). They wanted to change it to make it more popular but they did a blind taste competition and the original won. So they kept it. Still going but i doubt you'll find it anywhere but se asia.

Beavertown will kèep going and may become the next smiths or guiness. But many have been really popular then something new comes and takes it's place. 10 years ago the camden brewery was all the rage. 10 years before that hogarden etc...

Is the tunnel club still happening? I haven't seen any images or anything in the new stadium materials for supporters that mention it.

Or has it gone the way of the cheesy room...

I heard they were going to show The Great Escape before every match in The Tunnel Club maybe it put people off as most of us have seen it at least 20 time, does he ever get over that fence on his motorbike?

Yeah it's on the floor plan of the stadium so it still exists!

Fantastic looking stadium credit goes to all those involved with the project from levy down to every contractor who has made this probably the best stadium in Europe.

Will be very interesting to see how quickly things like the Sky bridge get finished. And will be a good indication of how skint or not we are. As they are not essential a quick finish would indicate funds are comfortably under control. But tbh the ticket office has that feel about it, doesn’t seem like it was essential to get done and surely would have been put on hold had we been struggling financially.

I don’t think this is what they are trying to be though. It is more of a niche market but that premium end market will always be there. Granted brands do come and go but the ‘craft’ market will still remain for the foresable future.

I work for a company where Heineken also have a small share holding so yes they do invest in a lot of businesses and of course occasionally they get it wrong. But I do believe Beavertown have a strong customer base that will ensure they continue to see success in the UK and export markets.

Raising the standard? I love it how these fads become popular, people pay more more for the privallige of drinking what would have been considered crap only a decade before. Then after a few years a new fad comes in and it's trendy so everyone moves to that and the old fad dies a death.
Yep raising the standard, youve got it the wrong way round, a decade ago everyone was drinking crap where as now beer has moved on considerably. If you look at the numbers surrounding craft beer then youll realise it certainly isnt a fad and I doubt we would spend so much putting a brewery in our ground if it was a fad.

You know what would be perfect for the conclusion of the opening ceremony?

Adele is introduced. Walks out with a mic and starts to sing, with no accompaniment "My eyes have seen the glory of the cups at White Hart Lane....." Crowd goes nuts, joins in, and blows the Sky sound system.

Job done.

Even better would be having the opening ceremony on Sky before the Cardiff game, have Adele come on, pick up the mic, and just shout “Fuck off Jamie Redknapp and Sky Sports”. Mic drop and walk out. Biggest cheer of the season.

Aah, the obligatory "you're not from / in Tottenham & don't / can't attend every game, so shut up because you're a Levy loving, not worthy of an opinion ****" post.

I can already tell that this shitty club, and sites such as this one would be so much better if every fan in the world was as awesome as you are.
I shouldn't worry about it, I go to every game, have been for over fifty years, he is incorrect.

The ticket office will be open tomorrow (definitely in-person, I imagine they'll pick up the phone too) if nothing else works.

Have you tried logging in to your ticketing account and resending it? If you go into My Acount and then Account History, and click on the transaction, there is a resend button. I think it resends the confirmation and ticket.
